Past with great success in 2008�2009 first three DOLL TIMEexhibitions are the evidence of increasing interest to the doll art in Saint�Petersburg andhigh exhibition status in the world. DOLL TIME gathers best Russian and foreign artists,presents all genres of doll art — antique dolls, fashion dolls, art dolls, houses and minia�tures, Teddy bears. Artists, galleries, artistic associations and unions from various cities ofRussia and different countries take part in the exhibition.

New tradition of DOLL TIME exhibition — Bal�assembly in ahistorical palace of Saint�Petersburg. The first ball took place in the white hall of Polovcevpalace. Party guests are expected to have an excursion around the palace, several master�class�es of historical dances, for all who wish a professional photographer will take pictures inpalace interior, banquet with a menu includes historical dishes of XVIII century. The cost ofa ticket — 3000 rubles. The number of tickets is limited — 60 tickets. The guests are welcometo wear historical dresses of XVII — XIX centuries. Historical costumes (dresses with crino�line, wigs, man's sleeveless jackets, hats and etc.) can be rented without assistance or throughexhibition organization committee. The average cost for costume rent is 1000 rubles. Presentyour relatives and yourself with an unforgettable holiday — a real ball in true palace interior!

Conditions of participation in the exhibition DOLL TIME:

1. Registration fee in the amount of 1000 rubles.

The fee implies the deposition of lower�case information about the participant in theCatalogue; cards for stand's members (1 card for 2 square meters); participation in exhibitionadvertising company; invitation tickets (1 ticket for 2 square meters), a diploma of participa�tion (extra diplomas have to be ordered and paid beforehand separately)Extra diploma value — 200 rubles.*Attention! Participants whose works are exhibited on mixed booths, cannot come into the exhibition freeduring its work and have to buy tickets on general grounds in case they don't pay their registration fee.

2. Participation is possible in the following variants:

2.1. An exclusive offer: Variant «HALL» — a rent of one of two suite exhibition halls of duiteof rooms — Trapezium and Square ones. Halls location is on the web�site www.uniart.ru.Special hall price is 90 000 rubles.

2.2. Variant «BOOTH»: a rent of exhibition booth. Price for 1 square meter — 3000 rubles.Minimum booth area:

— in the Big hall — 4 square meters— in the halls of suite of rooms — Small, Trapezium, Squareand Long � 2 square meters.

Booth depth — 2 or 1 meter, according to general exposition plan. Exposition plans are given on the web�site www.dolltime.ru

Standard construction is included in rent — three walls: 2 side ones and one back wall, frieze,light, wall outlet, rubbish bin, hanger, guarding. Wall height — 242 sm.Additional booth equipment: showcases with glass doors width 1 meter (2000 rubles) and 0,5 meter (1000 rubles).Foreigners and participants from other cities can get podiums from ones in stock in the centerat the moment of making exposition free of charge under additional agreement.

A participant can choose the place for the booth in the exhibition halls and to inform organi�zation committee about his/her wish. For the reason that the number of participants is very bigwe inform you that preference and priority will be given to the participants who pay the partic�ipation first.

2.3. Variant «TABLE»: a rent of exhibition table (60х120 см) — 4 000 rublesThe number of tables is limited. All the tables will be placed according to the general construc�tion plan.

2.4. Variant «SOLO»: exhibit of separate works in the exposition «Solo» (dolls and Teddybears) — independent project with consult manager and the design of exhibition space.Presence of authors exhibited dolls is not provided. The exhibition organizers provide a manager�consultant.

Price for participation — 1000 rubles for an item + registration fee 1000 rubles as for other par�ticipants. 30% of work price if sold must be given to exhibition organizational committee.

3. The art catalogue will be published by the beginning of the exhibition.

For the exhibition the illustrated catalogue will be issuedMain Catalogue section — information pages of exhibition participants — printed modulesaccording to the design and finished modules according to size and technical requirements ofthe catalogue.Thematic Catalogue section — photoproject «Fashion Doll»: artistic photos of differentauthors on the theme: «Dolls, Fashion, Design». All announced photos will be examined by theOrganization Committe and the most interesting ones according to Catalogue conception willbe published in «Fashion Doll» section.

Special Catalogue section of the general information partner of the exhibition the magazine«Doll Master» and RDH�PRESS � New Year project «Dolls and Bears as a present». All the participants who have paid a module from 1/2 page will receive one copy free of chargeEdition 2 000 items.

Distribution: —sale during the exhibition of DOLL TIME №4;— special doll literature POPs;— sale in the Exhibition hall of Saint�Petersburg artist union — after theexhibition DT №4;— sale on other doll exhibitions of Russia— address distribution around collectors and VIP�persons

Text size not more than 600 badges.

— Electronic photos 300 dpi.

Each photo has to have detailed inscription: name of the author, city,country, edition, material, date of issue, and height in cm.
