About Us : 1982 - THE DIE IS CAST. This was the year that I came to be, born to a blue eyed, blonde haired Aussie & his Czech Republic heritage model wife. I grew up in Newcastle NSW. 

STUDY

I went to The Hunter School Of Performing Arts to study Dance, Music & Drama. I completed my high schooling at St. Francis Xavier's College in Hamilton as I believed the year 11 & 12 only format would give me the best chance at the best grades. I then attended the University of Newcastle, studying a Bachelor of Business, Double Major Human Resource Management & Marketing. 

WORK/CAREER

I have worked since I was 13 years old, starting out cleaning the lunch area at my fathers job. I held a job throughout my education; Civic Video, Arnolds Ribs & Pizza, Supre (working my way up from junior shop assistant, to 2IC, to Manager of a store, to National Human Resource Manager. I then started in Hospitality, Marketing Manager for 3 Hotels in Newcastle, NSW that had Bars, Restaurants & Gaming. I moved to Gold Coast Queensland to pursue my modelling career & was quite successful, featuring in many magazines & modelling overseas, winning beauty pageants.I accepted a job offer at a hotel & club in Mackay & re located there from 2008 - 2011.I then returned to the Gold Coast & opened my own hotel & club in Brisbane & Townsville.

I fell in love with Network Marketing in March 2014, when I realised that I didn't have to work so HARD to be successful, all I needed to do, was help more people get what they want out of life & I would receive the same.     

I now am a Freelance Business Consultant who helps Businesses on a Short, Medium & Long Term basis to improve their Business Systems & thus their bottom line. 

I specialise in Marketing, Promotions, Website Building & Optimisation & Social Media Strategies.

"Help! Fix It!"; this is for clients that have set up or partly set up their Marketing & Promotional Campaigns, yet they are not working, or maintaing them has become too overwhelming. I can get the campaign back on track & continue to keep it travelling well on the tracks. 

Human Resource Management which is vital for any Business, as you can have the best Marketing & Promotions in the world, but without great staff dealing with your customers, your repeat customers & up-sales will be non existent and therefore a waste in traffic.Including but not limited to; Recruiting, Outlining Job Descriptions, Outlining Letters Of Offer, Overseeing Training Modules, Mystery Shopper Programs, Customer Service Improvements, Disciplinary Action Implementation, Dismissal. 

Policies & Procedures Implementation & Manual Writing  for a Business is critical in keeping the Business running smoothly with streamlined policies & procedures. This becomes every more critical when the Business expands to more of the same Businesses or possibly looks at Franchising its Business Model.    

Profit Optimisation  is a fabulous way to increase the bottom line by tweaking what you currently offer to decrease costs and increase profits even if no more traffic comes through the doors. 

Stock Control; profitability of a Business is a simple formula. Income vs Expenses = Profit. The most critical component to this is Stock Control, as unfortunately, this is where most Australian Businesses lose a large component of their Profits is to poor Stock Control.
