in our office in Palma de Mallorca!

Enjoy-Mallorca is an online-agency that operates with holiday homes on the island of Mallorca. We offer holiday houses with charm and style to international clients from all over the world. In a familiar environment, interns will get a comprehensive insight into the internet-industry. Correspondence will be in three to four languages – Spanish, English, Swedish and German. The company is rapidly expanding and looking for young and dynamic students with interest in marketing and sales who understand and fancy the world of Internet. Tasks: • Support the team on projects• Handling of customer inquiries• Marketing and online marketing activities. Facebook, Twitter and other platforms• Database maintenance• Communication with customers and owners of the houses• Other administrative tasks• Customer service tasks associated with the hospitality industry• Translation and administration tasks

Requirements: • Good knowledge of English (min C2) and Spanish or German or Swedish or Chinese• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications• Impact, motivation and interest in tourism/hospitality/sales and marketing• Capacity for teamwork• Customer service skills• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, reliability and personal responsibility• Driving License
