Campus Bellhops Intro & Leadership Development Program Company Overview: Campus Bellhops recruits, trains and brands large workforces of industrious students at Universities across the country and connects them to the marketplace through CampusBellhops.com, where our customers can place orders for any of our specialized services ranging from local moving labor to event staffing. Our online system empowers our student ‘Bellhops’ to claim and execute jobs that fit their own schedules, while simultaneously tracking Bellhop performance through incentivized customer reviews and ratings. Our individual Bellhop profiles are the heartbeat of our company, as they promote fundamental business ethics through quality assurance while proving our Bellhops' value to potential employers in the future. Requirements: - Business major in management, marketing, entrepreneurship or related field - Minimum 2.5 GPA - Must be available Jan. thru Dec. - Upperclassmen or grad student Campus Intern Position- One Campus Intern is selected at each university to screen, interview and hire a team of student Bellhops (40-60 individuals depending on school size), implement culture and train Bellhops via in person meetings and e-learning sessions, lead our grassroots marketing initiative for all of our services, and oversee final operations through Bellhop management. The position requires the individual to be a great judge of character, have natural leadership abilities, take ownership and see the big picture as they are essentially running their own small business under supervision. Campus Intern Position- One Campus Intern is selected at each university to screen, interview and hire a team of student Bellhops (40-60 individuals depending on school size), implement culture and train Bellhops via in person meetings and e-learning sessions, lead our grassroots marketing initiative for all of our services, and oversee final operations through Bellhop management. The position requires the individual to be a great judge of character, have natural leadership abilities, take ownership and see the big picture as they are essentially running their own small business under supervision. Campus Intern will be under direct supervision of his/her Regional Director of Operations and will work with them weekly via conference calls and meetings to obtain goals.

The Journey:

• Phase 1 (Jan-Feb) - Recruiting and interviewing Bellhops. Recruiting consists of public speaking to student organizations and peers, networking and discernment of

candidates that possess key characteristics: Responsible, Industrious, and Trustworthy.

• Phase 2 (Feb-March) - After the team is recruited, the director must manage the Bellhops training through the implementation of e-learning courses and in person staff meetings.

• Phase 3 (March-Dec) - Marketing, implementation of services and active management of operations.

Director Compensation Structure: Based on the following categories, Campus Intern will be paid an end of year bonus of up to $2000. Interns will also have immediate access to claim all jobs available to bellhops, who regularly make over $40/hour including tips.
