    Excavation of stone

    Simple test were co

    nducted to

    check integrityo

    ne. After the tests were positive, the surfaces were marked for excavation.

    Using tool such as drill & some amount of explosives for separation of stonefrom the surface.

    Stones are shifted for transport using cranes.

    These stone weighs around 60 tones each.

    Dressing

    y Dressing is the process of fixing the stone in the machine. It

    helps to fix the stone in the accurate angles.

    y To maintain accuracy, the stones were fixed into machine

    using cement on the moving rail.

    Cutting

    y Cutting involves precision and timing.

    y It is very slow process and takes around 20 hours to cut a

    single stone.
