The application, myHRSuite will be hosted on high-availability cloud-based servers with SSL & VPN connectivity which have uptime guarantees to ensure security and availability.

The solution is built up of multiple servers in geographically separate locations hosted in the Cloud by different vendors.

Primary Application & Database Server for everyday data entry and processing of payroll.

Application & Database Replication Server where the application & database will be replicated periodically. It will have all the necessary infrastructure to come online within hours in case of any failure.

Backup storage where we will have incremental encrypted backups of the database and user specific data from the application & database servers in case of a failure or corruption of both the Primary and Replication Servers.

Our Payroll processing team will be located at our Primary facility in Hyderabad. They will coordinate with the client’s personnel to receive inputs. The data will be encrypted and emailed or uploaded to a secure FTP Server by the client’s personnel.

We have a secondary facility available in Hyderabad in case of power, connectivity or any other failure at our primary location.

We will use VPN connectivity when accessing any of the servers from either of our facilities & in between servers.

Should the primary server go down for any reason our technical personnel will ensure that the replication server is live within a few hours to ensure continuity.
