The brand logo is a very important element of a brand’s identity. Its symbolism can spark a huge range of emotions connected to the audience’s experience of that brand.

But it is the substance behind the logo which creates these expectations. The brand experience is delivered through every contact with the brand, from products to service to communications.

International House Brand development

Responsible for over 150 language schools, International House was finding it extremely difficult to keep a consistent look and feel across all of its affiliate schools. A work in progress, InTouch is currently redefining the purpose and values of IH as well as refreshing its visual identity.

mebo New brand development

We developed the mebo brand from scratch for our client Radley+Co, including name generation, for a range of handbags aimed at ethically-aware ‘bohemian’ urban women. The mailer also raised awareness of Survival – a charity aimed at helping indigenous peoples who face eviction from their own land. £10 was promised to the cause for every bag sold.

InTouch worked with Butcher’s Pet Care to develop Classic, a completely new cat food brand. In five years it grew to a £10m brand, making a significant dent in a market heavily dominated by Felix and Whiskers.

Radley Brand development

Radley was always a very popular dog but he was having trouble with cats… copy cats that is.

Everybody, it seemed, wanted to be like Radley, resulting in a rash of poor quality imitations appearing on market stalls and ebay.

Radley asked InTouch to help redraw and redefine the Radley brand mark and create a set of clear and concise guidelines for use by its manufacturers and suppliers around the world, giving it some much needed protection.

Helen McAlinden Brand development

Launching in England for the first time, Irish fashion designer Helen McAlinden asked InTouch to help brand a number of retail outlets in the UK. The result? A more consistent and appealing identity for this excellent luxury brand.

As brands grow and expand their influence it is not uncommon for their core identity to become fragmented, especially when creating communications internationally.

Butcher’s brief was to establish some more consistent parameters around how the canned dog food brand is presented. The result was a set of inaugural guidelines to help manage the brand’s presentation and reputation across a wide range of markets.

There are many visitor attractions in South Yorkshire, all vying for the public’s attention. So when we were asked to create a new identity for Wentworth Castle Gardens, we wanted to design something that was truly unique, reflected the restoration nature of the gardens and would stand out against the crowd.

The result: an identity that brings a fresh modernity to a historic jewel, happily reflects the product and, most importantly, is bringing visitors to explore Wentworth Castle Gardens.
