Project Smile 23.2 – We care, we help, we can win this!

KISB volunteers have reached out to help the hospitals, schools, and kindergarten by distribu�ng hand sani�zer and liquid hand soap to maintain a safe environment during this pandemic.

Project Smile is an ini�a�ve by Kossan Interna�onal Sdn Bhd (KISB) to develop, sustain, and perceive a good rela�onship between our internal and external community. Ini�ated since 2013, Project Smile has extended support and contribu�on to the environ-ment and communi�es in need.

It is 100% run by Kossan employees voluntarily. We look at many areas in contribu�on projects from schools, orphanages to animals, environment and the less fortunate. It is also a program about developing future leaders through social awareness and mo�va-�onal ac�vi�es. We believe that children are the hope for a brighter future, and we want to provide them with opportuni�es and hope for a be�er life.

Good hand hygiene prac�ces is crucial to prevent the spread of virus. Soap can break down the oily lipid membrane around the virus that keeps it alive with at least 20 sec hand wash each �me.

Project Smiles advocates the importance of hand hygiene by dona�ng hand sani�zer and liquid hand wash to the people in need to maintain their personal hand hygiene. We distributed 3,000 bo�les of 60ml hand sani�zers to support 5 hospitals in Klang valley.

While for schools and kindergartens, we contributed hand sani�zers and liquid hand soaps for the children to maintain good hand hygiene.
