Change Wind Corporation has revolutionized the
wind energy industry with the most powerful,
compact, cost-effective electricity generating wind
turbine for community distributed power
generation to business, farm, factory, or home.
Change Wind Corporation
• Electricity bills are among the largest
business expense and are increasing
every year.
• Business and industry are often criticized
for polluting the environment.
• Solar and wind power generation are too
expensive without government subsidies.
Where We Are Now?
But What If You Could?
• Generate your own power?
• Save money from day one?
• Never have your electricity cost increase?
• Sell your excess power to the utility
company?
• Reduce your CO2 emissions and become
visibly environmentally responsible?
And what if you could do it
with zero up-front cost?
Change Wind’s Solution

CWC’s Game Changing Technical Innovations
Helical Wing – Helical wing design provides performance and safety solutions. • Generates power from wind in any direction.• Does not need to be mechanically rotated into the wind.
Stack Weight Balancer – Rotary wing stack weight friction reducing balancer.
• Faster startup and longer spool-down (increased production).• Requires less wind speed to be productive.
Permanent Magnet Generator – Proprietary design. • Higher output at lower wind speed.
Six-speed sequential transmission – Proprietary design.
• Torque multiplication
ECM Digital Controller • Optimizes Performance calibration.
• Takes advantage of turbulent wind and gusts.• Eliminates propeller bird strikes and minimizes ice shedding.
• Eliminates vertical load fatigue failures, production degradation and vastly reduces maintenance cycles.
• Finite generator speed control maximizes power generation
• Enhances electrical output.

How We Can Sell For Less?
“The manufacture of standardized
products in large volumes using
special purpose machinery and
unskilled labor”. Henry Ford
• Mass produced cars with ~ 17,000 parts are profitably sold for ~ $20,000 by transforming raw materials into standardized parts.
• We transform raw materials through a "batch build" mass production technique.
• Our manufacturing process extracts it's "craftsmanship" from the machinery, tools and fixtures not the workforce
However, mass production poses a series of impediments;
High capital machinery costs - Large floor space requirements and electrical expense
CWC has overcome the impediments to mass production by;
• Acquiring over $65mm of automated and robotic machinery for an equity funded
sunk cost of ~ $7.5m..
• Securing a 200,00 sq. ft. factory at $1.25 per square foot with rail siding
• Access to on site hydroelectric power at 66% below market, (saves $2.4mm per year)

Low Cost Mass Production
Tightly Controlled Costs
CWC's introduction of mass production
to the small wind space creates a
venerable barrier to entry for new
players. It also makes it highly
improbable for current suppliers to
match our market price of $2,013per kW.

There is no one particular breakthrough that is singularly responsible for CWC’s overall performance increase
however our Unfair Advantage is a compilation of numerous disciplines that we have developed over the past
several decades of experience in the design, engineering and construction of professional National
Championship winning race cars.
Our 2X Performance Advantage:
Considering the fact that professional race cars are held to a stringent set of
regulations, designers, engineers and the fabrication teams can only differentiate
themselves from the competition by identifying in some cases minute advantages
that when coupled to other small advantages ultimately result in an overall faster
package. Race cars are engineered to rapidly accelerate. Subsequently we
have applied some of the same principles of rapid acceleration coupled with
diminished deceleration, resulting in faster spool-up and prolonged spool down
that exploit wind gust.
CWC’s wind turbine benefits from our depth of knowledge and experience in low
speed air management, friction mitigation, and torque multiplication that drives
our proprietary low-speed high-energy density generator. Subsequently our
machine can capture inertial inputs that generally go unnoticed by other
machines. When coupled with mass production and a low general and
administrative expense structure all of these technical advantages enable CWC
to be the lowest cost producer and provider.
