With a fresh 5 year growth strategy, Kalixa needed to rapidly grow their lead generation capabilities and insight knowledge in their CRM in order to meet ambitious new sales targets.
DWC Marketing Services quickly established a positive working relationship with both the sales and marketing teams to:
Correctly align lead generation activity to the new go-to-market strategy
Repurpose existing data and prepare the accurate transfer of existing CRM data to Kalixa’s new CRM system (Dynamics)
Rapidly and fundamentally expand the contact database, including addition of competitive insights
Evolve targeted contact lists for marketing in preparation of HTML campaigns prior to the key marketing events
