PHASE V & VI
Crown Isle DriveExtension
1. A formal Contract of Purchase and Sale Agreement will be drafted between Silverado Land Corp. and the Buyer with the following conditions:
a. Subject to the Buyer approving the Disclosure Statement for the Proposed Crown Isle Drive Extension Phase V and VI subdivisions within 7 days after receipt of the Disclosure Statement.
b. Subject to the Buyer confirming Lot Dimensions are consistent with those outlined on Schedule “A” of the Contract of Purchase and Sale Agreement within 5 business days following Construction Drawing Approval for the Crown Isle Drive Extension Phase V and VI subdivisions by the City of Courtenay.
2. The Initial Deposit for the Contract of Purchase and Sale Agreement will be $10,000 and will be refundable until both conditions a & b (noted above) have been satisfied.
3. Given the Contract of Purchase and Sale Agreement has been accepted and conditions a & b have been satisfied, the initial deposit shall be increased to 10% of the value of the purchase price for the Proposed Building Lot and shall become non-refundable.
4. Completion, Adjustment and Possession dates will be 20 days following registration of the Proposed Building Lot at the Land Titles Office.
