To our clients, friends and the communities we serve. When Philip H. Sullivan and C. Hugh Mahoney sealed their partnership with a handshake in 1953, they set the cornerstone for a law firm that is now synonymous with the practice of law across Niagara and throughout southern Ontario.
From humble beginnings in a three man oice, the path to the present has witnessed Sullivan Mahoney LLP emerge as Niagara’s pre-eminent law firm providing a full range of legal services through a team of more than 30 lawyers and over 40 legal and administrative assistants.
While the names on the door have changed with time, our commitment to our vision and core values endures.
We are committed to maintaining the tradition of excellence established by those before us. We are firm in our resolve to provide strategic and cost eective advice in our vigorous pursuit to protect and add value to client interests.
Of course, the success of any law firm begins with its clients. We are grateful for the strong and long lasting relationships with a diverse group of clients. We are most appreciative of the trust and confidence they have always placed in us.
In over 60 years of practice, we have achieved so much. Yet, there is still much to do. We are excited about the prospect of continued growth shaped by the same values established by our founding partners.
On behalf of my predecessors, Victor Muratori and Rod Bush, I invite you to learn much more about who we are, our practice and our commitment to Niagara as the community within which we live and work.
We trust you will get to know us in a new and dierent way.
We are Sullivan Mahoney LLP.
Thank you.

An Undeniably Rich Tradition
4
Tradition is sometimes described as a way of thinking or a way of doing things over time. For us, it is about
the way we practice law.
In 1953, Philip H. Sullivan and C. Hugh Mahoney set out to establish a law firm based upon hard work,
integrity and an uncompromising commitment to clients.
THEY NAILED IT.
From the beginning, that tradition has passed from one generation of lawyers to the next. Our growth and success did not happen by chance. Instead, it is the result of our ongoing promise to remain true to those same values - hard work, integrity and an uncompromising commitment to our clients.
Established more than 60 years ago, Sullivan Mahoney LLP is one of the oldest
law firms in Niagara.
IT IS A TRADITION AND HISTORY THAT IS UNDENIABLY RICH.THAT IS UNDENIABLY RICH.
