Step 1 Trainee Sales Leader

Your Earning Potential

In addition to your own 25% commission you will be eligible to

receive up to £180 bonus for starting up just 5 new representatives that are copying what you are doing, giving out

Avon brochures to their families and friends and a territory.

You will ALSO receive up to 5% commission of all your reps sales once

you are achieving the above.

STEP 2 – Advanced Sales Leader

Your Earning Potential

In addition to your own 25% commission you will be eligible to

receive up to £630 bonus for starting up just 15 new representatives and 2 of which must have achieved STEP 1

on the previous slide.

You will ALSO receive up to 7% commission of all your reps sales once

you are achieving the above.

Step 3Executive Sales Leader

Your Earning Potential

In addition to your own 25% commission you will be eligible to

receive up to £1830 bonus for starting up just 25 new representatives and 4 of which must have achieved STEP 1,

1 of which must have achieved STEP 2

You will ALSO receive up to 10% commission of all your reps sales once

you are achieving the above.

Step 4Senior Executive Sales Leader

Your Earning Potential

In addition to your own 25% commission you will be eligible to

receive up to £1830 bonus for starting up just 25 new representatives and 6 of which must have achieved STEP 1,

1 of which must have achieved STEP 2 and 1 must be at level 3

You will ALSO receive up to 12% commission of all your reps sales once

you are achieving the above.
