Chulabhorn Graduate InstituteJune 5th, 2012
Chemical Biology
• Emphasizes the interface between Chemistry and Biology, as well as its potential applications for other fields
• Involves the study of interactions between small molecules and their possible biological targets, the study of biological pathways using chemical tools, drug delivery, as well as chemical understanding of disease states, in order to create basic science knowledge for future drug discovery efforts
