What is Physical science?

It deals with the study of nonliving things.

Page 12: Introduction to the world of science

What is Physics? It deals with the understanding of

the fundamental laws of nature.  The branch of science concerned

with the properties of matter and energy and the relationships between them. It is based on mathematics and traditionally includes mechanics, optics, electricity and magnetism, acoustics, and heat.

Page 13: Introduction to the world of science

It is a way of thinking. It makes you ask “why?” all the time.

Page 14: Introduction to the world of science

Why does Physics can not be considered as a natural philosophy?

because it employs the scientific method

Page 15: Introduction to the world of science

What is Scientific Method?

It is the application of a logical process of reasoning to arrive at a certain law or principle that is consistent with experimental results.
