My Realty Resource Center, Inc. was formed to acquire and consolidate the operations of its subsidiarycompanies under one management team in May 2015. Mark Gallagher, the Company’s founder and Chief

Executive Officer, long recognized the need and opportunity for a full service real estate firm that could provide a complete spectrum of residential and commercial real estate solutions and services to themarketplace, meeting all the customer’s real estate needs under one roof.

In 2013 and 2014, the core Subsidiary Companies commenced operations. These companies, initiallyformed as corporations and subsequently converted into limited liability companies, include: Emerald CityRealty LLC, Marketing 911, ShortSaleHomes.com LLC, Baron Realty Group LLC, Gavalas Law, JudithBerger Law, Priority One Title, Agency, MyHomedr.com LLC, My Discount Property LLC, Fast CashCapital LLC, and Ameriquest Capital.
