INSURANCE / LIABILITY All participants must be sufficiently insured individually or by their national federation against accidents and illness. The organizer cannot be held liable for any injures to person or material damage. By submitting the Entry by names, the National Federation confirms that all persons entered are covered by such insurance. A5. REGISTRATION The teams are requested to announce themselves on their arrival at the Stadium Office before starting the Official Training. A6. IMPORT AND EXPORT OF RIFLES AND AMMUNITION

To be allowed to import rifles and ammunition into Sweden, each nation must be able to show valid import permissions. To facilitate your arrival and departure at the customs, please contact the organizer BWG2018 This is the Police permission that all teams, except NOR, SWE and FIN, must have. NOR and FIN make a firearm declaration via internet at https://essext.tullverket.se/weapon/#/start when entry and exit Sweden. You must always bring a valid firearm license from your home country or a European Firearms Pass. A7. VISA REGULATIONS

To obtain a Visa, please contact the Swedish Embassy of your nation. If you need assistance in obtaining your Visa, please contact BWG Organization Committee. http://barentssports.com/BWG2018-organizationcommittee

The following IBU member federations require Visa for entering Sweden: ARM, BIH, BLR, CHN, GEO, IND, KAZ, KGZ, MDA, MKD, MGL, RUS, SRB, TPE, TUR, UKR, UZB.
