WHO WE AREThe Pancreas Club was born from the need to create a niche environment to foster collaboration amongst pancreas specialists and trainees from all over the world. Within the Pancreas Club, our members have found the opportunity to share the latest in cutting edge basic and clinical research in an international forum of peers. The sense of fellowship and camaraderie is engendered by the insight and helpful feedback generated from over 300 attendees at the meeting every year!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Pancreas Club and its authorized representatives are hereinafter referred to as “Show Management.”
PAYMENT AND REFUNDSPayment in full is due at the time of application. Applications received without such payment will not be processed nor will space assignments be made. All payments are non-refundable.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTWhenever possible, space assignments will be made by Show Management in keeping with the preferences as to location requested by the exhibitor. SHOW MANAGEMENT, HOWEVER, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE FINAL DETERMINATION OF ALL SPACE ASSIGNMENTS IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE EXPOSITION.
EXHIBITSShow Management reserves the right to restrict the operation of, or evict completely, any exhibit which, in its sole opinion, detracts from the general character of the exposition as a whole. No retail sales are permitted within the exhibit area at any time. No volatile or flammable fluids, substances or materials of any nature prohibited by city, fire regulation or insurance carriers may be used in any booth; all construction in a booth shall be substantial and fixed in position for the duration of the show; all aisles and exits must be kept clear, clean and free from obstructions to comply with fire restrictions. Live animals are prohibited. Distribution of material is limited to the area within the exhibitor’s trade show booth. Exhibitors shall not interfere with others ability to conduct trade show activities.
SECURITYRoutine hotel security will be provided. The Pancreas Club will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to any exhibit.
LIABILITYIt is agreed that individual exhibitors will protect, save and keep The Pancreas Club and Hotel from any damage or charges imposed for violation of any law or ordinance whether occasioned by the negligence of the exhibitor or those holding under the exhibitor, as well as to strictly comply with the applicable terms regarding the exhibition premises; and further exhibitor shall at times protect, indemnify, save and keep harmless the above parties against and from any and all loss, cost, damage, liability or expense arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or other occurrence to anyone, including the exhibitor, its agents, employees and business invitees, which arise from or out of or by reason of said exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof.
INSURANCEIt is recommended that exhibitors obtain adequate insurance coverage, at their own expense, for property loss or damage and liability for personal injury.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACTExhibitors acknowledge their responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (hereinafter “Act”) to make their booths accessible to handicapped persons. Exhibitor shall also indemnify and hold harmless Show Management, and facility against cost, expense, liability or damage which may be incident to, arise out of or be caused by Exhibitor’s failure to comply with the Act.
SHOW MANAGEMENT SHALL HAVE FULL POWER TO INTERPRET, AMEND, AND ENFORCE THESE RULES AND REGULATION, PROVIDED EXHIBITORS RECEIVE NOTICE OF ANY AMENDMENTS WHEN MADE. EACH EXHIBITOR AND ITS EMPLOYEES AGREES TO ABIDE BY THE FOREGOING RULES AND REGULATIONS AND BY ANY AMENDMENTS OR ADDITIONS THERETO IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE PRECEDING SENTENCE. EXHIBITORS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WHO FAIL TO OBSERVE THESE CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT OR WHO, IN THE OPINION OF SHOW MANAGEMENT, CONDUCT THEMSELVES UNETHICALLY MAY IMMEDIATELY BE DISMISSED FROM THE EXHIBIT AREA WITHOUT REFUND OR OTHER APPEAL.
