IOI Properties Group’s RM43.9 Million Road Upgrading & Enhancement Works to Commence in March

IOI Properties Group Berhad (“IOIPG”) will commence Phase 2 works of upgrading and enhancing Lebuh Puteri in Bandar Puteri Puchong in March 2019. This will complement the current upgrading of Bandar Puteri Puchong Interchange, enhancing the connectivity of Bandar Puteri Puchong and improve traffic flow between Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and the township upon its completion. The works on Lebuh Puteri will include:

• The widening of the existing dual carriageway and tunnel works fronting Columbia Asia Hospital and The Cube commercial area. This is expected to be completed by December 2020.

• The construction of a diamond interchange with an underpass and u-turns at the traffic lights junction in front of IOI Galleria@Puchong and Puteri 8. This component is scheduled for completion by June 2021.

Please refer to Appendix 1 on the upgrading and enhancement works on Lebuh Puteri. Upon completion of the road works, residents and business community can expect smoother traffic flow in the integrated and sustainably-developed township. The RM43.9mil project is wholly-funded and constructed by IOIPG. Bandar Puteri Puchong is a mature township complete with excellent infrastructure including two light rail transit (LRT) stations namely Stesen Taman Perindustrian Puchong and Stesen Bandar Puteri, interconnecting roads to its neighbouring developments including Taman Wawasan Puchong, Puchong Hartamas and Puchong Utama, and with multiple connections to LDP.
