STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of the proposal. The reasoning for this recommendation is that the residents of this house own the surrounding farm and just wish to separate it from the family farm and build a new house. There is also no agricultural land being taken out of production. Rural Residential Land Use Policy B states that land should not be rezoned from “A-1” Agricultural to Residential districts unless a majority of the following conditions, situations, or circumstances exist or are met:
