iPhone Email• First, lets choose

the mail option on the home screen.

iPhone Email• After choosing

“Mail” from the home screen you should see this. We are not listed as a provider so you will choose the option “Other”.

iPhone Email• From here, enter all

your required account information and hit Save at the top right hand corner.

• Continue to next page to see full example…

iPhone Email• This is all the account

information filled out.

• (This is our test account, don’t use the same information.)

iPhone Email• Now, from this page

you will enter all the server information.

• First thing, choose POP at the top of the page, as you will be using a POP account not IMAP.

• Scroll down to see additional information…

iPhone Email• After scrolling down, the

first option is Incoming mail Server.

• Our Host Name is just as you see it in the picture.

• You will need to make sure the User Name is your FULL EMAIL ADDRESS.

iPhone Email• Now, last option on this

page is Outgoing Mail Server. Fill out this information accordingly as well.

• Host Name is same as you see it in the picture.

• User Name and password ARE optional on this page.

• Choose “Save” at the top of the page.

iPhone Email• You should now see

this page as it is verifying your account information.

iPhone Email• You may see this page

while it is in the process of verifying your account information. If you do see this you are going to choose “Yes”. We do not want to use SSL but the mail program try’s to use it by default.

iPhone Email• That should conclude

setting up the email account but we aren’t finished. Now we are going to change the Outgoing Server so you never have problems sending.

• Lets choose “Settings”from the home screen.

iPhone Email• Scroll down in the

Settings Menu until you see “Mail, Contact, Calendars”option and click that.

iPhone Email• Your going to click

on your account listed under “Accounts”.

iPhone Email• Scroll down the

page until you see “Outgoing Mail Server” and click on it.

iPhone Email• Now, there is only

one option listed under “Primary Server” and it should be turned ON. Your going to click on that server.

iPhone Email• Once your in this page we

are going to turn off the NewWave Server for sending mail because it will be more versatile to send VIA AT&T’s Outgoing Mail Server.

• All you need to do is slide the switch to OFF position and go back a page by clicking “SMTP” at the top left hand corner.

iPhone Email• When back to this

page we are now going to turn the AT&T Server on.

• First just click on the AT&T server in the list.

iPhone Email• Now at this page, do the

same as before. Just slide the on/off switch to ON.

• That is it. You should now be able to send and receive emails using your NewWave Communications Email account! Just hit the Home Screen Button and choose Mail.
