Introduction to Prospecting

Prospecting is a simple CRM package that allows a customers to manage their sales activities

• Allows users to record details of potential customers alongside existing customers without the need to create a sales account.

• Create and manage campaigns• Manage opportunities and delegate sales activity tasks• Link to SOP in order to produce estimates• Report on sales pipeline and record success

What is a prospect?

A ‘Prospect’ is a person or company that you have not yet done any business with, and therefore have no sales account or contract
