Engineering Division

Our Engineering Division has extensive experience in detailed engineering and design of project construction, plant modification, revamps, expansions and operational maintenance. IronMount engineers are fully conversant with National and International Standards, Codes, Regulations, Practices and Local Authority requirements. State-of-the software packages used include CAD-Micro Station V8i, AutoCAD, Piping- Caesar, Pipe Net Spoolgen, Code Calc, PV-Elite, CoadeTANK, Civil and Structural –STAAD Pro, Math Cad, PDS, PRO II, etc. The Engineering Division undertakes a spectrum of activities such as feasibility study, process engineering, and process evaluation revamp studies and preparation of basic as well as detailed engineering package.

We're proud of our state of the art 40,000 Sq meter production facility, which has been built up over the past few years to become one of the finest in the country.

Our workshop have already proved the below mentioned capacity with effective manufacturing solutions and production methods to keep costs low without compromising on the quality of the end product.

Hot and Cold rolled fabrication facilities for structural steel works 4,000 Sqm Monthly capacity of approximate 400 to 500 tons of Fabrication Painting and blasting area of approx 600,000 Sqm Refractory works of approx. 500,000 Sqm Fire proofing works of approx. 400,000 Sqm
