    MOST OUTSTANDING LOCAL CHAPTERPRESIDENT

    The search for the Most Outstanding Local Chapter President recognizes the Local Chapte

    President who has performed well his/her duties and served his/her members in providing an environmen

    where one can harness skills toward academic excellence and social awareness.The search is open to all Local Chapter President of NFJPIA FY 2012-2013 who participated in th

    15th Mid-Year Convention and 30th Annual National Convention.

    The candidate must properly secure the following documents in hard copy:1. Duly signed endorsement letters from the College Dean, Incumbent JPIA Adviser and Incumbent JPI

    Regional Council President.

    2. Evaluation form from the Incumbent Adviser (the form will be provided by the National Vice President foAudit)

    3. Certified True Copy of Grades or Transcript of Records with Grading System.

    4. Comprehensive Resume with two 2x2 colored picture

    5. Certificate of Good Moral6. Summary of Achievements7. Photocopy of all corroborating certificates supporting all claims and assertions made in the bid. Photocopie

    of medals are not accepted. It must be numbered and arranged chronologically (for it is needed on threference page part of summary of achievements).

    8. Certificate of Attendance in the 15th MYC.

    *Requirement numbers 6 and 7 must come together in a long brown envelop.

    Qualifications:

    1. Must be a bona fide member of NFJPIA FY 2012-2013.2. No non-passing grades in all subjects taken including non-academic subjects.3. GWA of 85% or above or its equivalent. No dropped subjects. Major subjects retaken will be given 6 unit

    allowance. Units in excess will be grounds for disqualification.4. Subject initially marked as incomplete would be fine as long as the completion grade is passing.

    5. The candidate must not be involved in any criminal case brought upon by any competent course o

    jurisdiction.

    Summary of Achievements refers to the table that the LCP will pass. Indicated below are thformat tables that the LC Presidents must strictly follow. Failure to do so will be given a 5% deduction on th

    final score. Only those which have a corroborating certificates/proof of claims will be honored. In academi

    and non-academic involvement, only national achievements will be honored. However, in leadershipositions and community involvement, there will be equivalent point as indicated below.

    The LCP who gathered the highest point among the three (3) categories will be the basis of thcomputation for the Summary of Achievement portion (25%).

    Scholastic Grades would be computed based on the submitted Transcript of Records. Thcandidate must also secure the equivalent grades imposed by his/her local chapter (e.g. If given a grade o

    1= 100%). Computations of grades are cumulative. In the case of a transferee from another course, only th

    grades obtained from the Accountancy course or in the curriculum of Accountancy course shall be includein the computation.

    Academic and Non Academic Function refers to the applicants role as the local chapter presidento achieve their goals therein. Furthermore, his/her contributions and actions as the president for th

    success of their endeavors in the both fields (Contests, Seminars, Symposia, etc).

    Leadership Improvement and Excellence. MOLCP aims to look for a diversified, versatile anexcellent leader. He/she has become a role model of excellence and perseverance. This will be based o

    his/her personality and competence as a leader and his/her motive to lead, to excel and to serve. Moreovehis/her deeds in establishing leadership empowerment for his/her members and as well as innovations the organizations activities for the members to actively participate. This includes his/her leadershipromotion and social responsibility as the Local Chapter President.

    Interview will be conducted during the said event. Soft copies of documents Numbers 2,3,4,6 and must be received 25 days before the 30th ANC. The said files must be sent to [email protected]

    while the rest of the required documents must be submitted on the 1st day of the 30th ANC. Local Chaptepresidents who will fail to accomplish the above requirements shall be imposed a deduction of .5% on thfinal score per 1 (one) day late.

    The interview score will be in percentage per category based on its equivalent point. The tota

    percentage will be multiplied to the equivalent percentage (45%) to get the final score.

    The Three (3) Local Chapter Presidents who garnered the highest percentage will be selected an

    2 (ranks 2-3) of which will be the Outstanding Local Chapter President and the one who achieved the TO

    spot will be the Most Outstanding Local Chapter President. In cases there are only 5 or less locachapters vying for the position, only 1 Most Outstanding and 1 Outstanding Local Chapter President.
