13:15 – 14:00 Check in to the plain

14:00 – 14:45 Plain to Semarang airport

Note• The time of departure of the boat can be different than described in the schedule. The

departure time is influenced by weather conditions and schedule changes. We will inform you when the departure time is different than mentioned in this schedule.

• Your package starts in Jepara harbour. Any transport to Jepara harbour you have to arrange yourself. We can help with arranging transport from various points in Java. You can ask us about the options when you need any help.

• When you book a package we require a deposit per person for the package. The amount of the deposit is depending on boat type and accommodation type. The deposit can be transferred to an Indonesian account or can be paid via PayPal in US Dollar.

1. When the boat get cancelled due to bad weather or operating problems we will give you another offer. If this offer is not suitable for you we will transfer back 100% of your deposit minus transaction costs (please note some accommodation have other policies, in case the accommodation of your choice has another policy, we will follow the policy of the accommodation, we will inform you before booking if your accommodation choice has another policy).

2. When you cancel the booked package after payment of the deposit we will keep 100% of the paid deposit. This is because we directly use your deposit payment for booking boat tickets and paying a deposit for the accommodation of your choice.

• Do you depart with fast boat from Jepara? Than we need a copy of the passports or KTPof all travellers. We need this in order to book the fast boat tickets. Copies can be send via E-mail, Whatsapp or Facebook.

• When the boat doesn't depart from Karimunjawa due to bad weather or operating problems you can be stuck on Karimunjawa. Extra costs for accommodation, food and others you have to pay yourself. We will still help you with arranging the best options and get a boat ticket for you as soon there is a boat departing. If you will depart with another boat than planned (for example fast boat instead of slow boat) extra costs mayapply.

• We expect you to treat all provided equipment, transport, accommodation and other services and facilities with care. In case something get broken or lost we will ask you for reparation (if this is possible) or replacement. In case something get broken because of wear and tear we will replace the item ourself.
