Building your community What’s on?

Last summer, Jacob and his fiancé purchased a block of land at Anndale estate. Now with their building contract finalised, the couple are expected to commence construction of their dream home by the end of March.

When looking for an area to buy, the couple had long

held an interest in the Mickleham area. Annadale

provided them with the perfect neighbourhood spot

in an area close to both of their family homes. Once

the couple found the right lot for them in the estate,

they were over the moon.

“We can’t wait to get building and be first home

owners,” said Jacob.

“When we received confirmation that our home

loan had been approved, I actually burst into tears.

I remember saying to my fiancé how lucky we were,

because so many people miss out on the opportunity

to build and own their own home – and now we’re

getting one. We were just lost for words.”

The couple plan to marry in October and can’t wait

to start this new chapter of their lives together at

Annadale. Moving out of home will be a big step,

but with relatives close by, they’re looking forward

to putting down roots and starting a new life together.

“We’re even looking forward to the little things, like

putting up the boundary fence for the first time.

I think that’s when it will really hit home for me, that

our new life will begin.” Jacob said.

What’s on

Construction has been progressing well across the Annadale estate.

Construction of Stage 20 is now complete. The next step in the process is to receive the Statement of Compliance and land titlement. This is expected to occur at the beginning of March, and once complete, purchasers can commence the exciting journey of building their dream home.

In other news, Stage 21 is almost finished, with the electrical installation to be finished in the coming weeks. Its completion is scheduled for the end of April and titles will be issued in May accordingly.
