    Parent News

Just before half term we held our first Parents Council meeting. We were very pleased to

welcome the representatives from 6 classes. The Council elected a chair, Claire Marelli (1B)

and secretary, Katy Halliday (1W). It was agreed the length of office was to be one year

from election; there is to be a meeting each half term with a maximum length of 1 and a

half hours. There was a discussion about the issues that they would like to work on and

ways in which they can then share their work and communicate with all parents. So watch

this space for more information over the coming term. Their next meeting is on 27th June

at 7.30 pm. We still need representatives from 3WH, 5B and 5C. If you are interested

please contact Miss Fisher via the school office.
