Hey folks, we need to be more careful when wethrow the trash into the dumpsters. It costs usmoney to pick up those items that fall out on theground. Also, we are still having those nonWaterwoodians dumping trash.
If you see someone dumping trash without a WIASticker, write down their license plate and makeof vehicle. Call the WIA office, 891-7710, andgive Lisa the information.

Waterwood Community Association
Willie Wiginton, Chairman of the WaterwoodCommunity Association (WCA) advises, “The golfcourse and surrounding areas continue toimprove and look better every day.”
The WCA is facing three large expenses early in2010. The annual TRA fee of $10,000.00, forwater usage at the golf course is due January 1,2010.
The irrigation pump motor must be pulled formaintenance in either February or March of 2010.This will cost about $3,000.00.
Before spring, all of the greens will have to becompletely punched and top dressed. The WCAestimates this cost will be between $3,500-4,000.00.
Willie said, “We currently have a financial reservethat should handle these expenses, but it willleave us with an uncomfortable balance.”
Willie further stated, “If our monthly contributionsremain at the current level and we can increaseour membership by 10 – 15, we should be ok,baring any major problems with the irrigationsystem.”
If you would like additional infromation about theWCA, please call Willie Wiginton at 891-7019,Barry Stanley at 8927766, Norton Schump at891-6881 or Andy Wilkie at 891-1175.
