ISSUES WITH EATING SUPPORT GROUP
We all have habits. Some are good (for example, brushing your teeth before bed), while others can range from annoying to harmful to life- threatening. You are not alone. If you have had personal experience struggling with overeating or binge eating, you are invited to attend this free support group led by a Peer Support Leader. Talk to your doctor or mental health provider about health habits you’d like to create or addictions you want to break. Call 920.430.4776 or visit iwesupport.org.
Contact Nurse Jesse at 920.436.8668 or [email protected] for details and to learn more.
