W elcome to Ceuta’s 10th International Alliance Conference at the Hilton Bomonti Hotel and Conference Centre in the charismatic city of Istanbul on the 4th and 5th November 2015.

This unique annual event is specifically designed to bring together manufacturers, global outsource sales and marketing service providers (distributors) and key opinion leaders in the Health & Beauty industry to explore how, by working together, we can create mutual growth opportunities.

At last year’s conference in Berlin, a number of our speakers highlighted the rapid global development of outsourcing services requirements within our fast changing market place. In the current evolving economic climate, the search for continued and incremental growth continues as manufacturers try to deliver the returns demanded by shareholders whilst working with the

ongoing demands at the trade and consumer interface.

This has led to an unprecedented level of restructuring by a high number of manufacturers and has created an increasing level of merger and acquisition activity as organisations position themselves for optimal growth in specific categories, brand portfolios and geographies. The Consumer Healthcare Industry has seen a significant number of these high profile announcements recently which will ultimately lead to larger, more complex brand portfolios with the inevitable challenge of how to retain focus, optimise and manage the growth and profit potential of the entire portfolio of assets.

These dynamics are leading to a significant increase in both large and medium sized consumer organisations who are embracing and implementing outsource strategies to partner with proven sales and marketing service providers, like Ceuta and its Alliance Partners who can deliver cost effective professional solutions across all areas of market expansion outsourcing services, delivering optimisation of sales and profit growth.

Are you searching for that missing piece to your international expansion model? If you are a company looking for solutions to either launch a brand into new international markets, or for a partner to manage local market brand fostering opportunities, this uniquely placed international conference delivers the opportunity to meet industry colleagues and highly respected global distributor partners. You will hear how outsourcing can add significant value to your business. If you have markets which have different challenges ie: lack of critical mass, then outsourcing might be a solution to be considered.

The Future: Ceuta will reveal how the future positioning and structure of an outsourcing company will look like, with supporting added-value services which will meet an industry need.

This year’s conference agenda includes a prestigious line up of speakers covering topics such as the global economy, trends in OTC Health & Beauty, Merger & Acquisition activity, Best Practice in outsourcing, leadership, leading global commercial centres, overcoming global regulatory challenges, mobile technology in healthcare and a view on global marketing. We will also be sharing examples of exciting new product opportunities and how

the brand owners outsourcing these brands to the Ceuta Alliance could deliver incremental sales and profit growth.

The team at Ceuta look forward to welcoming you to Istanbul on the 4th and 5th November, for what promises to be an informative, leading and enjoyable event.

See our website www.ceutaalliance.com/alliance.html to see the highlights and quotes from manufacturers and distributors from our previous conferences.
