ITINERARY TO XIAN (詳細行程表: 西安)

Day 1 

 (第一天) 

HKG‐XIAN  (‐/‐/D )  5*‐  新興戴斯（Days Hotel & Suite with 4* room  ） 抵達西安， 接機後參觀漢陽陵博物館， 晚餐後送回酒店。 Arrive Xian in afternoon, meeting at airport 

Visiting Yangling of Han Dynasty 

Check‐in at hotel after dinner 

* It takes about 15‐20 minutes from airport to Yangling Museum of Han Dynasty;  

* and take about 30‐40 minutes from Yangling Museum to Days Hotel & Suite. 

     

Day 2

(第二天)

 

XIAN  (B/L/D)  5*‐  新興戴斯（Days Hotel & Suite with 4* room  ） 早餐后乘車赴西北武術學校进行交流活动（如何製作風箏）； 午餐：觀看武術學校學生表演武術； 分班學習武術； Full day exchanging activities with Northwest Martial Art school. 

Arrival school and begin with Icebreaking, then activities with local students. 

Teaching "kite making activities" with English. Taught by Hong Kong students 

Lunch at school or at local restaurant close by, take a break at school afterwards; 

Watching Martial Art Performance by students in school; 

Learning Martial Art together with students in several groups; 

Leaving School for dinner and back to hotel afterwards 

* It takes about 30‐40 minutes from Hotel to Northwest Martial Art School.  

                

Martial Art performance will take place in the grand hall. Before the performance, we will invite the teacher to give a lecture on the history and story of Chinese Martial Art, the difference of it and how it related to the Chinese Traditional Culture. Then, the teachers with lead their students to make the performance. The performance will take about 40 minute.

Arriving at school, a simple welcome ceremony  

09:20‐09:30  簡單參觀學院綜合辦公室（向香港學生大致講解學院辦學歷程以及院長。讓他們對我院有一個初

步的認識） 

Take a brief visit of the Administrative Office, from which the Hong Kong student could have a general idea of the Martial School and its president. 

09:35‐10:20   香港學生分成六人或十人一組，分別進入到武院各個班級，由香港學生用英語講課

內容以如何製作風箏為主） 

Hong Kong students will be divided in several small groups (each group consists of 6‐10 students).They will be taken to different class rooms for the first section of exchanging. Hong Kong students will teach local students haw to make kite in English. 

10:30‐11:15  香港學生與武院學生互動交流，做遊戲，猜謎語等（具體由雙方學校老師共同安

排） 

The second section is the making games and quiz between both side students. The main theme of the activities will be guided and directed by the both side teachers.  

11:30‐12:15   港校學生開始午餐。 

Lunches for Hong Kong Students  

12:15‐13:15  香港學生可自由活動，也可暫時休息。自由活動時間，武院老師可以帶領學生參觀

學校設施。 

Hong Kong students could take a break and have a free time. The teachers of Martial School could take Hong Kong students around the school and get a full general view of the facilities of the school. 

13:30‐14:20   武院老師單獨給香港學生講課，內容是“中國武術的歷史分類及其與中國傳統文化

的關係”； 

Lecture on The History and Difference of Chinese Martial Art and How it related to the Chinese Traditional Culture.  

14:30‐15:20  觀看武術表演，武術表演開始前，由王副院長致歡迎辭。武術表演主要包括刀、

槍、棍、劍等各種器械表演、套路表演、雙人或多人對打、硬氣功表演等。 

Before the Martial Art Show, The Vice President Wang will make a welcome speech. The students could see various kind of martial art performed by the students and teachers of the Martial Art School. 

15:30‐16:30  武術交流、互動時間。按來賓性質，分為兩組進行武術交流，即教師組與學生組。 

教師組教授太極拳等不同養生功法; 學生組教授少林功夫和搏擊實戰等內容。 

The Martial Art learning：Teachers will learning Taiji and body health practice, while  

the students will learn Shaolin Kungfu and Practical Combat, and ect.  

16:30‐17:00  交流結束，香港學生上車，準備離開。 

End of exchanging and get on bus for departure.  

        

The exchanging program is divided into two sessions, morning & afternoon; it takes 50 minute each. In the afternoon, the whole student will participant at the same time for the performance of the martial art in the grand hall as for the first session.  The second session of learning basic martial art, the Hong Kong students will be divided into 4‐6 groups for learning.  

  

 

Day 3 

 

(第三天) 

XIAN  (B/L/D)  5*‐  新興戴斯（Days Hotel & Suite with 4* room  ） 

參觀半坡博物館，體驗“穿越時期時代，玩轉史前工場”，午餐後 參觀唐博，體驗陝西關中民俗文化藝術（項目：剪紙） VisitingBanpoMuseumandDIYtoexperienceprimitiveworkshop.AfterLunch,VisitTangboMuseumandDIYlearningPaperCutting.Backtohotelafterdinner.

1) It takes about one hour to visit the museum;  2) It take about 2.5 hour to experience the Primitive Workshop;        About 200 student could participant at same time; 

The guides/teachers of the museum could not speak English; 

* It takes about 20‐25 minutes from Hotel to Banpo Museum; and 15 minutes to  

   Tangbo Museum. 

The  Banpo  Museum  is  located  in  the  eastern  outskirt  of  Xian  City,  Shaanxi  Province.  As  the  first museum at the prehistoric site, it was built at the base of the excavations of the Banpo site. Since it opened to the public formally  in 1958, two million people have visited it. The Banpo Site is a typical Neolithic matriarchal community of the Yangshao Culture dating back about 6,000 years. At that time, the Banpo people used tools made primarily of wood and stone. Women, the crucial labor force, were responsible for making pottery, spinning, and raising the family, while men fished.  The Theme of DIY in Banpo Museum is to let the students understand how the Banpo People leaved 6000  thousand  years  ago  through  their  activities  took  place  at  “  Prehistoric  workshop”  at  Banpo Museum. "Prehistoric  workshop"  is  an  experience  and  education  place  for  students.  It  is  relying  on  the  rich advantages of cultural resources of Banpo Museum. The DIY activities of "Zuanmuquhuo (drill wood to make  fire)  ",  "the  original  housing  building",  "magic  pointed  bottom",  "Stone  Age",  "the  original fashion show", "the plant dying,"   “the heart of Banpo", and other original 8 permanent experience project give students a vivid  life experience of  the what  the Banpo people did 6000  thousand years ago. It has te characteristics of wide participation, intimate interaction, the teaching of science while enjoy all the fun there.  

The activity arrange at the “ Tang Dynasty Art Museum” is the “ Paper Cut Learning”. 

 

 

Day 4 

 ( 第四天)

 

XIAN  (B/L/D)  5*‐  新興戴斯（Days Hotel & Suite with 4* room 

早餐後參觀城牆（不建議進行騎自行車活動），美術陶瓷廠學習製作兵馬俑，午餐後參觀兵馬俑博物館; 晚餐品嚐西安風味餃子宴，觀看唐朝歌舞晚會 Take a full day tour to visit City Wall（Cycling on the Wall is not recommended） Take a lesson on how to make Terracotta Warrior at Ceramic Factory, learning of  

making Terra‐cotta in pottery figure, and not dry after making, the students can take 

their works right away with a small box provided by the factory, it takes about one 

hour normally.  

After lunch visit Terra‐cotta Museum. 

Enjoy the local dumpling dinner and watching the Tang Dynasty Show afterwards. 

* It takes about 15 minute from hotel to City Wall and 

* It takes about 30 minutes from City wall to Terra‐cotta Factory 

* It takes about 30 minutes from Terra‐cotta Factory to Terra‐cotta Museum/ 

   Restaurant. 

   

 

Day 5 

 ( 第五天) 

XIAN  (B/L/D)  5*‐  新興戴斯（Days Hotel & Suite with 4* room  ） 早餐後乘車赴華山遊覽（上下纜車），午餐後返回西安，

晚餐後自由活動;

After breakfast in hotel, take a full day excursion to visit Mt.Huashan with cable car 

up and down with lunch en‐route; Back to Xian, free after dinner. 

* It takes about 2 hours from hotel to Mt.Huashan. There are two service centers  

   on the high way  where we could stop for the call of nature. 

Day 6

( 第六天) 

XIAN‐HKG  (B/L/‐) 

早餐後乘車參觀唐大明宮遺址公園，觀看 3D 電影 (大明宮傳奇)， DIY 學習製作唐代瓦當拓片，午餐後乘飛機離開西安 After breakfast in hotel, take a half day visit to Site Museum of Daming Palace, which consist of three activities, one visit the Museum, second watching the IMAX 3D movie ” Legend Story of Da‐ming Palace’ and the third DIY: Archaeology Workshops (making the Rubbing of eaves 學習製作瓦當拓片). 

Transfer  to airport and take flight back to Hong Kong after lunch. * It takes about 15 minutes from hotel to Daming Palace Museum; * It takes about 30‐35 minutes from Daming Palace to Airport/Airport restaurant.
