ReplacementReplacement

• Incase of the appointed candidate leaves within 3 (three) months of joining, we do take a moral responsibility to providing a replacement with the next other candidate from the short listed candidates.

• All the candidates referred by ITM should be considered as our candidate for the next one year. It is companies moral duty to inform us if they are recruited by the company or their sister concerns.
