About the innovation dinner series:
With over 27 Dinners hosted in 3 countries, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa, The Innovation Dinner
Series continues to provide market access to leading technology companies looking to grow their
businesses within Africa’s major business hubs.
As one of the most exciting and significant networking sessions for C-Level executives and directors in IT
and Telecommunications, The Innovation Dinner Series brings together decision makers and top-flight
speakers to discuss burning issues in the ICT industry.
This exclusive event is specifically tailored to meet the needs of Africa’s ICT professionals, entrepreneurs
and senior business people and is a valuable opportunity to network and acquire information.
Business people and professionals meet in an intimate and relaxed setting, over good food and wine, to
create new relationships and promote their organizations.
Included on the agenda are presentations, live demos and panel discussions and executives are also
afforded the opportunity to hold one-on-one interviews with senior journalists from top ICT and business
publications.
The event attracts an average attendance rate of 100 guests.
Successes:
Since the inception of the Innovation Dinner Series in South Africa in 2010, we have been very successful
in creating a strong networked community around the offering.
We have achieved this by ensuring that we attract the right calibre of people, by conducting in-depth
research into event themes and speakers, and by utilizing social media to keep attendees in touch with
each other long after each event.
The Innovation Dinner always attracts the interest and participation of top level executives as delegates
and speakers. This adds value to our events and ensures that sponsors are able to reach decision makers
with their products and services. Our large database ensures that our delegate mix is diverse and includes
executives from different sectors.
We have organically grown delegate numbers and maintained the event style, which has led to a
substantial increase in the number of sponsors.
It should also be noted that most of our corporate partners are repeat sponsors.
