Managers of healthcare industry were gathered by School of Chief Physicians called to help to build administrative processes in a right way, to improve abilities, to acquire new knowledge and skills that would find practical application. On the first meeting of experts of the Department of Management of O.O. Bogomolets national medical university held scientific-practical conference Compulsory health insurance: problems and prospects of application in medical practice by health institutions.

Great popularity had Special program Days of Laboratory Medicine. Only one this trend has collected more than 1300 specialists of laboratory medicine. Among the organizers - the fl agships of Laboratory Medicine P.L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education and Association of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine. Brand of the Forum - UKRAINIAN LABORATORY SCHOOL - brought together a number of master classes conducted by specialists of National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Laboratory and Metrological Service of NAMS of Ukraine, M.D. Strazhesko National Scientifi c Center Institute of Cardiology of NAMS of Ukraine. The company "Avantis" traditionally presented scientifi c-practical reports on topical issues of laboratory medicine.

Specialists have a unique opportunity to test diagnostic equipment from world famous brands within the masterclass ultrasound and functional diagnostics, organized by Association of Radiologists of Ukraine and Ukrainian Association of Specialists in Ultrasound Diagnostics. Institute of nuclear medicine and radiation diagnostics of NAMS of Ukraine, SI together with the department of radiation diagnostics of P. L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education presented innovative technologies in medical imaging. Current issues of Medical Radiology were highlighted by the leading specialists of S.P. Hryhoriev Institute of Medical Radiology of NAMS of Ukraine, Association of Clinical Neurophysiologists held a meeting and organized the section Functional diagnostics of diseases of the nervous system.

SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL EVENTS OF THE CONGRESS

In the framework of Special program Military Medicine outstanding healthcare professionals held scientific-practical events, master classes for education and training of specialists who provide first aid in terms of fighting, treating lesions obtained during hostilities, as well as medical and social rehabilitation of the military men. Institutions of NAMS of Ukraine and the Departments of P. L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, Zaporizhia Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education presented the results of scientific and applied research that would be implemented in methodical practice of professionals and help to save the lives of ATO members and the affected population.

More than 750 military doctors, volunteers, specialists of Defense of Ukraine, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, State Emergency Service of Ukraine visited the area of Tactical Medicine, which hosted master classes on tactical medicine TCCC. National Coordinator: All-Ukrainian Resuscitation Council and emergency medicine.

At the initiative of the International Charitable Foundation "Rehabilitation Center Hospital Maidan" charitable and government organizations, mass media signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of rehabilitation assistance of ATO soldiers and their families, settlers from Crimea and eastern Ukraine.

Forum’s platform for Ukrainian Heart School Oligosymptomatic patients at high cardiovascular risk: from primary to tertiary treatment was chosen by Acad. M.D. Strazhesko Institute of Cardiology; National Scientific Center of NAMS of Ukraine and Ukrainian Association of Cardiology.

Special program Oncology. Experts from National Cancer Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine presented their accumulated theoretical and practical potential within the scientific-practical conference Modern approaches to prevention, diagnostics and treatment of malignant tumors.

Meeting place of experts in Haematology and Transfusiology have become events organized by the Department of Hematology and Transfusiology of P.L. Bogomolets National Medical University), scientific-practical conference "Innovations in epidemiology, diagnostics and treatment of infectious diseases" (Organizer: L.V. Hromashevsky Institute of Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases of NAMS of Ukraine, SI), scientific-practical conference "New organizational and medical diagnostic technologies in dermatology and venereal practice" (Organizer: Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of NAMS of Ukraine, SI).

Specialists-ophthalmologists were able to take part in Seminar "Current issues of Ophthalmology", organized by V.P. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.

Department of Neonatology of P. L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education together with Association of neonatologists of Ukraine organized scientific-practical conference "Modern trends and technologies for post-graduate training of neonatologists".

High appreciation of specialists received SCHOOL OF THERAPY Current approaches to diagnostics, treatment and prevention of internal diseases, organized by Department of therapy of P. L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

Department of Nephrology and Kidney transplantation therapy of P. L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education held three unique master classes for industry professionals.

Leading neurologists of Ukraine and abroad were gathered by Department of Neurology of P. L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in Seminar "Modern diagnostic approaches in neurological practice: scientific and practical bases and discussion issues".

In the framework of Special program HEALTH BEAUTY was held the Second International Scientific-practical conference "Regenerative medicine based on autologous plasma, organized by the Plasmolifting TM Ukraine". Department of Combustiology and Plastic Surgery of P. L. Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education held symposium "Innovative technologies of treatment of common and deep burns and wounds not of a burn etiology".

Within IV International Exhibition of Medical Tourism, SPA&Wellness Healthcare Travel Expo beginners and medical tourism professionals joined the seminar "Medical tourism in Ukraine and abroad. Training and employment of physicians abroad. Features of Ukrainian-Polish cooperation. Practical medicine in Great Britain" organized by Association of Physicians in Medical Tourism. The event focused on global trends of medical tourism, medical internship programs, effective business models and secrets of attracting patients, recommendations from international clinics and companies that develop medical tourism trend.

***Is it possible to think out of anything better than direct communication of professionals? This applies to any sphere of human activity, but there is a fi eld where the exchange of experience is the most important. This is the medicine. Exchange of medical experience is not just a "selector meeting" – it is the search for truth on which life depends. INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL FORUM "Medicine Innovations – the Nation’s Health" in 2015, in my opinion, was held under the slogan "Battlefi eld medicine - life of the Nation." Venues where trainings on tactical medicine were held became real crush, and is this not an indicator? Innovations in Medicine were pleased by national producers. This is a new development of X-ray equipment, and cardio complexes and even telemedicine. Our equipment is in demand, in extreme insuffi ciency of funds in healthcare industry. Foreign partners are distinguished by courage. In this wartime Medical Forum organizers still managed to attract foreign clinics and medical tourism operators. Not all decided to come to Ukraine, but those who came and gathered the attention of visitors suffi ciently.
