Personal Biography Wes and his wife, Becky, have 2 daughters, Katie and Grace, ages 13 and 10. He enjoys numerous leisure and sporting activities, such as playing golf, baseball, basketball, and bowling as well as supporting his daughters as they participate in their activities.

Professional Biography Jessica Veach is a licensed professional engineer with 10 years of experience. She is a project manager in the water resources group at CDM Smith. Her current projects include a wide range of consent decree projects with the ultimate goal of reducing the number of sanitary and combined sewer overflows in Kansas City, MO. From the design of green and gray infrastructure integration to reduce the volume of stormwater entering the combined sewer, to managing field crews that inspect, identify, and disconnect illicit connections to the sanitary sewer system on private property, to design-build projects that repair and rehabilitate sewer infrastructure within waterways to reduce infiltration and inflow from entering the combined sewer system. Her background also includes site civil design for commercial development, H&H modeling for floodplain mapping, environmental permitting support for transmission pipeline projects, NPDES permitting support for industrial and railroad clients, and a wide range of water resources and storm water design projects. She has experience in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC HMS, XPSWMM, and InfoWorks. She received a dual bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in Mathematics and Civil Engineering. She is a licensed professional engineer in Kansas and is currently applying for licensure in Missouri. Personal Biography Jessica lives in Olathe, Kansas with her husband Jason and three daughters Emma (11), Kayleigh (9), and Addison (5). She enjoys watching them all play competitive sports and coaches her oldest daughter’s competitive softball team. She also enjoys spending time with her family on the lake boating and visiting her family in San Diego.
