Running Deer Industrial is a construction company and general contractor that specializes in

EPC Industrial Projects in the resource sector.

Crowflight Minerals RDR Industrial managed all the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation installation for the project.

OUR HISTORY10 Years of Indigenous Workforce Engagement

In 2006 RDR was approached by a mining company in Ontario to develop a means of including more Indigenous people in the construction side of their operation.

This led to the creation of the Indigenous Apprenticeship Program and over a decade of consultations, research and development.
