Honorable CEO Haseen Habib, Mr Fawad Barry visited Burns Center along with Manager Marketing, Mr Waqas Mahmood and asked the well-being of patients under treatment. Burns Center is the only institute in Pakistan that is providing free healthcare and medicines to Burns victims in Pakistan on a mass scale and HHTPL is a regular contributor to this cause. Honorable CEO also showed his commitment to keep supporting Burns Center in order to spread Fire Safety awareness in Pakistan.

CEO Haseen Habib, Mr Fawad Barry delivered an standout presentation at the Fire and Safety Convention held at Marriott Hotel Karachi. The topics covered were Fire Safety measures with reference to Rahim Yar Khan train incident, implementation of the Fire Safety Provisions - Building Code of Pakistan 2016, 50 Years of Haseen Habib and the contribution of Founder Haseen Habib - Mr Ateeq ur Rahman Barry to the Fire Safety industry of Pakistan.The presentation received an outstanding response from the audience and livened up the whole show.

Bakhabar Savera's team from ARY Digital visited the Head Office of Pioneers and Leaders of Fire Safety in Pakistan, Haseen Habib Trading Pvt Ltd to record a program on Fire Safety . This building is a model fire protected building where state-of-the-art Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & Detection System, and Suppression Systems are activated. Even an escape chute is installed for emergency exit.

Hafiz Ateeq ur Rahman Barry sb - Founder Haseen Habib, the man who laid the foundation of Fire Fighting in Pakistan passed away on March 22, 2019. His wisdom, piousness, kind-heartedness and efforts towards spreading Fire Safety Awareness in Pakistan will always be remembered. It is an irrecoverable loss for all of us. However, he established the foundations of the company on very strong pillars of ethical business, integrity and honesty that will always remain visible in all the practices of HHTPL.

A tribute program was held in the loving memory of Founder Haseen Habib, Hafiz Ateeq ur Rahman Barry at DHA Sunset Club on April 19, 2019. The program was attended by family, friends, business acquaintances and many renowned names from the Firefighting industry. He was equally loved and respected by everyone. Even the competitors spoke very highly of him.

Honorable MD, Mr Fawad Barry has taken charge as CEO of the company from Muharram 1st, 1441 Hijri (Sep 1, 2019) following the footsteps of his great father. Mr Fawad Barry is known for his result oriented nature, strong leadership skills, firm business ethics and integrity. He also has a proven track record during his tenures as Deputy CEO and Managing Director of the company.

Despite of challenging economic conditions, company achieved a remarkable sales growth of around 40% in 2019. HHTPL believes in ethical business practices only and we have a motto of No Corruption, No Bribes, No Commission, No Under-Invoicing, No Smuggling, No Tax Fraud, No Fake Products, and No Cheating. So it is always challenging for us to go against the tide and stand firm on our vales, but ALLAH Almighty was very kind and blessed us beyond our expectations.

Milestone Projects were completed/awarded to us including Dolmen Tower A, Dolmen Tower B, Cherat Packaging, Emaar, Terminal One, IFFCO Pakistan, PPL, Engro Powergen, Engro Foods, Waves, SNGPL, UEP, Gerry's, Zong, Mobilink, MPCL, Pakistan Oil Fields, Hascol, Avery Dennison, and BE Energy to name a few.

HHTPL completed Pakistan's First Wireless Centralized Fire Alarm Network System with Graphical Command Center Workstation by SIMPLEX-USA (World's most reputable Fire Alarm Brand).

CEO HHTPL, being a renowned spokesperson of the profession, continued his mission of spreading Fire Safety awareness in Pakistan. He appeared on GEO, ARY, SAMAA FM, and ENGINEERING POST to name few of the media outlets.

HHTPL extended its full support for the International Firefighters Day celebrated at Marriott Hotel Karachi on May 4, 2019. CEO HHTPL, Mr Fawad Barry were among the dignitaries with Commissioner Karachi, Chief Secretary Sindh, and Fire Chief Karachi. Monetary rewards were also presented to the families of martyred Firefighters by CEO Haseen Habib as he praised the contribution of all the brave Firefighters towards the community.

HHTPL has shown complete solidarity with the Kashmir cause by participating in Kashmir Hour on 6th September. CEO HHTPL, Mr Fawad Barry led the march from the front.

HHTPL continued his Hajj Program and send our employee Mr Noor Zareen on the blessed journey.

Our company policy is to train our employees for excellence. For this we continuously arrange cross-functional trainings and trainee engineer programs. International training was also arranged for our Manager Applications, Mr Baqar Jaffri from Johnson Controls International (JCI) on “SIMPLEX 4120 NETWORK WITH TRUESITE WORKSTATION”

Fire and Safety Asia 2019 – Haseen Habib had the biggest and the liveliest stand of 16 stalls and was the center of attention for all.

CEO HHTPL participated as a keynote speaker in “9th Fire Safety and Security Convention” held at Marriott Hotel Karachi and enlightened the audience about the Fire Safety in trains with particular reference to Rahim Yar Khan Train Fire incident. He also emphasized that implementation of the Building Code of Pakistan – Fire and Safety Provisions 2016 is the need of the hour.

Four quarterly editions of our newsletter 111 SAFETY (Pakistan's first regular publication on Fire Safety) were published.

HHTPL completed/received orders of some milestone projects for elevators also including DMC Admin Building, DMC Serobiology Building, Rainbow Apartments, Shaz Residency, Patel Hospital, Liaquat University Hospital, Southern Investment, and Bosch Pharmaceuticals to name a few. These include the complete range of Home Lifts, Passenger Elevators, Panoramic Elevators, Cargo Elevators and Patient's Bed Lifts.

Haseen Habib Foundation Trust played its due role throughout the year for welfare activities with respect to health, education, sports and also for the assistance of needy families and individuals.

Keeping this simple yet sensible quote in mind, Life Safety of the occupants of a building should be the top priority during the inception phase of a building plan.Fahim, Nanji & deSouza Pvt. Limited has considerable expertise and vast experience in Life Safety Analysis of a building. Life Safety Analysis of a building entails analyzing various aspects to a building. These aspects cover the following:

One of the key features of Life Safety Analysis is designing the Fire detection and alarm systems. The systemhas been developed for early detection and alarm of a fire incident in its inception stages. The primary quality of a fire detection and alarm system is thus the least amount of time it takes to detect the fire and report the pinpointed location. A fire detection & alarm system typically consists of Control Panel, Initiating/Detecting devices (automatic detectors, manual pull stations) and Notification devices (bells/sounders, flashers).Another key featureof Life Safety Analysis is designing the Fire Suppression System of a building to suppress fires. Fire Suppression System comprises of Portable Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Reels, Automatic Sprinkler Systems,

Landing Valve, External Fire Hydrants, and the heart of the system is a high-quality Fire Pump Set. Each component provides defense against different levels and intensity of fires. The wide range of codes provided by NFPA are used to design the Fire Suppression Systems of a building.Analyzing all these aspects of a building lead to better detection in the form of alarms providing ample time for safe evacuations and the eventual containment of fire in a building thereby greatly reducing the risk to life of the occupants and significantly improving the chances of survival against such fires.

Mall.Getz Astola – A Pharma Plant -Project has an overall covered area of 1.5 million sft& is going to be the largest Pharma Plant in Pakistan.Sky Gardens is a multi-story apartment building to be constructed in Lahore. The building comprises of four basements, two floors of retail store and nineteen story apartments' floors.Dolmen City, Sky Towers 2x36 storied office towers located on the southern end of Karachi on the seacoast, having an area of 1.5 million sft.
