DOOMSDAY fanatics hoping to be saved from the apocalypse by aliens hiding under a mountain, appeared a tad disappointed y�sterday when the world carried on as usual.

The small French settlyment of Bugarach was said to be the only place on Earth that would survive the end of civilisation linked to the ancient Mayan calendar.

A handful of Doomsday followers skirted police roadblocks to reach the village, hoping to be whisked away by aliens in UFO's emerging from the 4,035ft Pie de Bugarach.

Some 150 armed police sealed off the village amid rumours that thousands of doomsday followers would turn up.

The Pie de Bugarach has long been linked to UFO sightings .

CNN: Closest Asteroid Ever Tracked Due to Fly By This February 15th ! "Nothing Wrong with Making Sure Your Affairs Are in Order"

Scientists say an asteroid named 2012 DA14 will pass close enough to pass between Earth and communication and GPS satellites orbiting above the planet.

This will be the closest pass of an asteroid ( 14,000 miles) since scientists began tracking them. (In comparison the Moon is 239,000 miles away.)

The Asteroid is estimated to be 150/160 ft in size and could cause extensive damage if it deviated and hit the Earth, although scientists are confident that it is not going to hit the Earth.

The main scientific interest will be in whether the gravitational pull of the Earth will 'bend' the orbiting path of2012 DA14 which passes the Earth on a regular basis twice a year. However, it could mean that on its next approach to Earth it could pass even closer!

In another mainstream news segment about this story broadcast nearly a year ago, anchor, Brian Williams wrapped it up by saying that although it is not believed that this asteroid will impact the Earth, "Experts say that there is nothing wrong with making sure your affairs are in order."

UFO Event Night of November 5th 2012 E-Mail Report from witness Mr C.J.Harris

I am writing to you about what happened on Monday night. (November 5th) About 8-30pm I was watching fireworks in the distance when I saw a bright red object. I thought it was a firework and waited to see what it did.

But it stayed as a whole object and had 3 legs under it and the colour on it was really bright. I worked out on the course it was on it would go over the house.

So I went to the back door and on to the patio to get a better view and at that time I thought it might be a Chinese lantern.

That theory was soon to prove me wrong. As it got closer I noticed it was changing course. It changed the course that much that instead of going over the house it was going to my left hand side .. It went across in front of me on a slow right angled turn. I couldn't make out the top of the object which seemed to changing all the time but the legs still stood out glowing red.

It wasn't going fast and it didn't seem to high but it was silent. I had a feeling that this was done for my benefit. I just stood there transfixed watching it's display. What it was as still got me baffled. There were no reports in the paper next day about it. So I don't know if anyone else saw it.

The UFO first appeared at 7.30am and then again around 5pm when it hovered for about 25 minutes. There is some excellent video footage on line.

The object I saw was not like that. I have been thinking about it again.

The frrst thing I saw was a glittering red outline of a star, with legs under it.

It then seemed to become a solid round shape but filled in with colour.

After it passed me and went away, the back seemed to be covered in a haze and not shining like the front.

There were also three parts of the back that were dark grey to black and all the same size.

UFO Sighting in Pitlochry Captured on Video

When Adrian Musat looked outside of his window, the chef from Romania noticed an Unidentified Flying Object so he immediately grabbed his video camera then captured a couple of images before the mysterious thing vanished.

Adrian Musat, who lives with his wife and two-year-old son, works as a chef at Victoria's restaurant in the Walker Court town. The 40-year-old chef revealed that his first UFO sighting happened on November 5 above Pitlochry in Perthshire at 7:30am. "I was looking at the view out my window and I saw this light pulsing about a mile away. It wasn't on the ground but floating above the trees and moving left to right. I expected it to fly away but it eventually just disappeared, as if it switched off," Musat recalled.

On the same day at about 5 pm, Musat claimed that the UFO appeared once again suspended over Clunie Wood giving out a "pulsing light" as he took more photographs with his mobile phone. "Around 5pm I saw it again. For about 25 minutes I saw a small red cloud above the object. All the other clouds were moving across the sky but this one stayed over the object all the time. It stayed until after 6pm. It didn't make any noise," Musat shared.

The pictures and video have been submitted to the British UFO Research Association (BUFORA) for confirmation. UFO experts are currently hoping that the evidence picture and video can help them in their pursuit on extraterrestrial life. Matt Lyons of BUFORA admitted that receiving the video footage was an additional benefit aside from the photographs. "Investigation has commenced and I will be contacting the witness shortly," Lyons affrrmed.

However, Nick Pope, who ran the government's UFO project from 1991 to 1994, was unconvinced with the latest UFO sighting. "I'm a little skeptical on this one. Many diamond-shaped UFOs turn out to be caused by a camera effect. When people zoom in on a bright light source, the iris opening cre­ates a diamond-shaped image which is effectively superimposed on to the light," Pope stated.

"So there was undoubtedly an unusual light in the sky in the first place but it wasn't diamond-shaped. That's just a photographic effect, but these sorts of images cause a lot of excitement in the UFO com­munity," Pope further shared.

Pitlochry has become a famous area for Scottish UFO sightings. There was one image taken of a fly­ing saucer above the village of nearby Calvine back in 1990 which was described by a former govern­ment UFO investigator as "the most compelling evidence" ever seen for extraterrestrial life.

ESA STUDY SHOWS THAT PHOBOS IS MANUFACTURED

- What some of us have been suspecting for a long time now, all of a sudden seems true! Just like our old friend Richard C Hoagland have talked about for years, his idea that Phobos is artificial is well-known.

Hoagland thinks that several things in the universe are artificial. His list includes Comet Elenin, Phobos, Iapetus and who knows what else. Except that now he's backed by ESA! Because the prestigious European Space Agency has declared that Phobos, the mysterious Martian moon, to be artificial. Yes you heard it! At least one-third of it is hollow and it's origin is not natural, but alien in nature. The ESA is Europe's counterpart to NASA. Could this revelation motivate NASA to release the secrets it's harbouring? Don't count on it.

Phobos first believed artificial by famous astrophysicist

Astrophysicist Dr. Iosif Samuilovich Shklovsky first calculated the orbital motion of the Martina satellite Phobos. He came to the inescapable conclusion that the moon is artificial and hollow-basically a titanic spaceship. The Russian astronomer, Dr. Cherman Strove, spent months calculating the two Martian Moon's orbits with extreme accuracy during the early 20th Century.

Studying the astronomers notes, Shklovsky realized as the years progressed into decades Phobos' s orbital velocity and position no longer matched Strove's mathematically predicted position. After lengthy study of the tidal, gravity and magnetic forces, Shklovsky came to the firm conclusion that no natural causes could account for the origins of the two odd moons or their bizarre behaviour, particularly that exhibited by Phobos.

The moons were artificial. Someone or something built them. The ESA study declares clearly that Phobos is not natural.

The ESA abstract that appeared in the peer-reviewed Geophysical Research Letters reveals that Phobos is not what many astrophysicists and astronomers believed for generations: a captured asteroid. (over)

"We report independent results from two subgroups of the Mars Express Radio Science (MaRS) team who independently analyzed Mars Express (MEX) radio tracking data for the purpose of determining consistently the gravitational attraction of the moon Phobos on the MEX spacecraft and hence the mass of Phobos.

New values for the gravitational parameter (GM=0.7127 +/- 0.0021 x 10-3 km3/s2) and density of Phobos (1876 +/ .. 20kg/m3) provide meaningful new constraints on the corresponding range of the body's porosity (30% +/- 5%), provide a basis for improved interpretation of the internal structure.

We conclude that the interior of Phobos likely contains large voids. When applied to various hypotheses bearing on the origin of Phobos, these results are inconsistent with the proposition that Phobos is a captured asteroid."

Casey Kazan

Casey Kazan writes in ESA: Mars Moon Phobos 'Artificial' ''that. .. . the official ESA Phobos website contained explicit scientific data, from multiple perspectives, which strongly supported the idea that this is what radar echoes would look like, coming back from inside 'a huge ... geometric . . . . hollow spaceship'. In fact, they were the primary source of the decidedly 'internal, geometric voids' inside it. Mea.Q.ing that Phobos is artificial."

In other words Phobo�js not a natural satellite, is n�� a "captured a8teroid," and is �ollow. This is exactly what Dr. Shklovsky found back in the 1960's. Phobos was artificially constructed and placed into Martian �rbit by . . . . what?

Phobos: what is it?

Data reveals that Phobos is not natural. As of now there isn't enough information to discover exactly what the Martian moon is, but there are several intriguing possibilities.

1. It's a gigantic spaceship possibly built as an orbiting station or space observatory.

2. It's a generation star-ship that arrived from another star system and was placed in a parking orbit around Mars.

3. It was being built-in Mars orbit for interstellar travel but was never completed.

Whatever Phobos actually is its origin and purpose are completely unknown.

ED: What an interesting article, I am now much wiser about Phobos and what it might be. It seems to be almost science fiction but obviously a great deal of research has been carried out on this Martian 'moon' and who knows what the future might reveal?

CROP CIRCLE MEMORIES

Recollections of the late Pat Delgado, with thanks to his daughter 'Jan'.

It seems the majority of people make their way through life accepting what comes naturally by means of energies and forces. For instance, we are aware of the existence of gravity, magnetism, telepathy, co-incidences, instincts, dreams, ghosts, dowsing and healing power but none can be explained. There are other forces that we encounter which do not even have a name.

One of these unnamed forces or perhaps a combination of several of them caused a considerable amount of wonder and consternation to myself, Colin Andrews and several others during the very early hours of 18 June 1989. In fact it was the second time I have been really terrified. (Jan: in case you are wondering what the first time was that Dad was really terrified, it was at Dunkirk during WW2).

It happened like this. It was the latter stages of a crop circle surveillance named White Crow at Cheesefoot Head in Hampshire. Soon after mid­night 17/18 June, it was suggested the group should leave the site and visit one of two flat­tened crop circles situated about three hundred metres away in a field of barley. Off we all went and reached this particular circle via a tractor tram line in the sloping field. A photo of the circle can be seen on page ten of our second­book, 'Crop Circles, The Latest Evidence.'

When we had entered the circle we all became aware of a distinct trilling sound emanating from a position about half a metre just above the Pat Delgado (left) with Colin Andrews, during one standing crop and about a metre away from the of their many TV appearances in the 1980's. circle edge on the eastward side. I recall speak-ing to a member of the group, Rita Gould, who said that we required a seventh person to be present. I told her there was a seventh person with us but it was in spiritual form.

What happened next is the most vivid in my memory of this occasion. I felt I was under some form of control because my arms were stretched out to the sound as it lightly danced its way from the north side of the circle around to the west and eventually stopping on the south side. I was not aware of any other member of the group, except Colin, being near or with us on our circular transition north to south. Standing at the southern position with Colin, I was controlled to reach out and sweep energy from the sound into Colin's body. I do not know why. Colin then left me and returned to the group at the top of the circle. I turned towards the sound and my arms were being pulled over the crop with an even greater force and my body felt it was being pulled upward and forward out of the circle at some perilous angle. With all the strength I could muster I managed to withdraw my arms, gradually sink down and turn around so I was now facing north. I eventually laid down on my stomach and began to inch my way up the centre of the sloping circle floor, grabbing at bunches of flattened barley stems and pushing with my knees and feet.

My progress was slow because whatever the short distance I made forward, a force kept pulling me back half that distance. I was becoming totally exhausted and at that moment I wondered what I was fighting against. There was nothing tangible but I was under the control of some force of incredible strength. I hung on as best I could. I called out to Colin to come and help me. I remember instructing him to come down the eastern edge of the circle in a crouching position which he did until he was level with me. We inched our way towards each other until we grabbed hands and it was then that both of us began to be pulled back and downwards. Fighting against this force we managed to break away from it and crawl to the side of the circle and, still crouching, we quickly worked our way back to the group at the north side.

For some minutes we sat there answering questions as to what had happened when suddenly some force levitated me to a height just brushing the flattened crop and floated me to the east side of the circle. Now I was feeling really scared. What force could have moved me a distance of about three metres while still in the same sitting position? It was here I called to Colin and the others to join me. After a few minutes we all decided to leave the circle.

I do not suppose it will ever be accurately explained what

forces and energies were in evidence that night but it certainly Pat and 'Jan' Delgado: 13 October 1985 brought home to me how little we know beyond the membrane that separates us from our terrestrial position to that of other energies and intelligences.

So there is no conclusion, just a question. What would have happened if Colin had not been there to help me?

Jan: Dad also went very cold during this incident and it was noted later from the on-site weather station that the temperature and barometric reading had dropped at that time. Some of the trilling sound was recorded by Colin Andrews and later analysed. The frequency was around 5.4 MHz. As far as I am aware, no conclusions were ever reached.

In August 1989, Dad, Colin Andrews and a BBC film crew were filming in a crop circle at Beckhamp­ton, Wiltshire, not far from Silbury Hill. Dad was standing in the middle of the circle while the BBC crew and Colin were on the perimeter. Dad had a radio mic and was talking about what he could see when suddenly a very loud trilling noise occurred.

Both the cameraman and Dad were aware of it at the same time and as Dad walked around the centre so he went in and out of the noise and they kept confirming this with one another. Dad said he could feel a static field around him and noise bars came across the camera. The cameraman said it was like an 'electronic sparrow' and quite extraordinary. Fault lights came on the camera and it did not work again and required a major rebuild. He had never before heard a noise like it. He said the noise was not in the radio system but heard on the mic itself. This noise was also analysed and was at a similar frequency as the Cheesefoot Head sound at 5.2 MHz. Interestingly, when the film of the incident was broadcast for the first time by the BBC at Pebble Mill, the studio lost power and although generators kicked in, there was a temporary blackout.

THE W.F.TWEEDY STORY

The following article is an account of a Mr WF. Tweedy's memories after a motorcycle accident on the night of the 28th February 1984. (I'ranscribed by Omar Fowler)

At a time between 19.30 and 20.15hrs. on the night of 28th February 1984, I was involved in an accident on my motorcycle. A car hit me and I was thrown off my motorbike, I was unconscious before I hit the ground . My last clear memory was of a bright light up to my right in the sky.

At the time, there were low clouds and a light drizzle coming down. It was completely overcast and there was no way that any stars or aircraft lights could be seen. I do not believe that the moon was full, but I could be wrong about this.

As I came to, I could see a bright light around me and as my eyes began to focus, I became aware of three 'beings' standing next to me and looking at me. The first thing that I can remember about them is their oversized head. They had no hair and they were quite pale, a sort of off-white,

light grey pigmentation. They also had a small slit in place of ears and nostrils, as well as having a pointed chin and a small mouth.

The next thing I noticed was their eyes. They were quite similar to human eyes, however the eyes were tilted up slightly and the pupils were a slight diamond shape and were at about a 4 5 degree angle.

I could not estimate their height at this time, as I was on a 'bed' of sorts. I then looked over to

my left and I could see another 'bed' in this room. There was a body on it and it was not moving and appeared to be unconscious. The strange thing was, that it looked remarkably like myself!

I had the impression that there were only two of these 'beds' in that room and possibly a raised control panel of some kind in the centre of the room. It was in such a position, that when

someone was standing in front of it, they could observe both 'beds'.

The 'beings ' were standing behind the console. One appeared to be operating it, while the two others stood behind him. (I had the strange impression of a 'leader' and 'helpers ' in this room.)

I could hear words in my head, they were telling me that they were going to heal me and that I should not worry, I noticed that their mouths were not movingf I now believe that these 'beings' were communicating with me by means of telepathy.

I could sense no malice or hostility from them and I understood that they only wanted to help me.

I laid my head back and I then fell asleep.

When I awoke, I was told that my injuries had been extensive, but they had been able to cure them. They also said that I was lucky that they had been observing the area and that they had been able to help me. I was told that I would feel tired for a while, I then laid back and fell asleep.

When I awoke, I noticed that the other body (J am now convinced that this 'person ' was dead), had been removed from the room. I had no recollection of seeing any other people, wherever I was. I noticed that I was dressed in some clothing, possibly of the same material that they were wearing. I noticed that all of the beings I saw were wearing these metallic 'jumpsuits '. The

clothing I wore had a metallic sheen to it, was of a greyish colour and had no buttons or zips.

I have the feeling that the corridors did not have any form of lighting, such as we use. The walJs and ceilings emitted light by themselves and there were no shadows.

I also have the impression that there was a control bridge, circular shaped, with one, possibly two entrances. One 'being ' stood at a raised panel of some kind and two others were working at controls of some sort. I remember that there was a form of display on one wall.

I cannot remember much else� but I do have the fee1ing that I did not see any other people (humans), only the 'beings' were on board. I saw other doors, but I do not recall entering them.

At no time do my memories indicate any hostile act, maltreatment or any intention by the ' beings ', of acting harmful to myself. I have one very strong impression and that is of the 'leader' asking for my help in sornething. I agreed to help� but I do not know what I agreed to.

I was told that they would have to break my arm, so that it did not to look too strange for me to

'walk away wilh no injuries ' , from an accident where I had been hit head-on by a car and thrown off my motorbike into some trees. As I have said, I agreed to all of this.

Apart from these memories, I cannot remember much else, apart from vague feelings that I cannot put into word . Immediately after the accident, I was taken by ambulance to Epsom District Hospital . There, I was asked if I had been unconscious. (I remember almost panicking about having a head x-ray, I am not sure why !.felt this). I said that I had not been unconscious.

I had received the following injuries: severe fracture of the upper third humerus (right arm), possible severing of the nerves in my right arm (now almost fully healed) and finally, I lost most of my right elbo"v, due to a severe infection.

After [ had been treated for the broken arm, I was placed in a private room and I regained full consciousness approximately 5-6 hours after the crash.

I had the impression that the hospital staff were surprised when my parents came to pick me up. I discharged myself and although I could not walk, I felt well enough to travel.

There has been some puzzlement as to why I only had a broken arm, as my motorcycle received the fo11owing damage: Right side handlebars bent right back, fuel tank dented, footstand bent back, seat torn. Finally, the rear wheel had to be removed using a sledge hammer, as it had been bent into an 'L, shape. It is strange that I suffered so little injury, when the bike had been damaged extensively. .

I believe that I should have died in that accident, but for some unknown reason, I did not!

The sketches are based on my impressions, but I am not a good artist.

NASA Science News: Ancient Microbes Found in Antarctic Lake

Nov. 30, 2012: Nearly 65 feet beneath the icy surface of a remote Antarctic lake, scientists from NASA, the Desert Research Institute (DRI) in Reno, Nev., the University of Illinois at Chicago, and nine other institutions, have uncovered a community of bacteria existing in one of Earth's darkest, saltiest and coldest habitats.

Lake Vida, the largest of several unique lakes found in the McMurdo Dry Valleys, contains no oxygen, is mostly frozen and possesses the highest nitrous oxide levels of any natural water body on Earth. A briny liquid, which is approximately six times saltier than seawater, percolates throughout the icy environment where the average temperature is minus 8 degrees Fahrenheit. The international team of scientists published their findings online Nov. 26, in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences Early Edition.

"This study provides a window into one of the most unique ecosystems on Earth," said Alison Murray, a molecular microbial ecologist and polar researcher at the DRI and the report's lead author. "Our knowledge of geochemical and microbial processes in lightless icy environments, especially at subzero temperatures, has been mostly unknown up until now.

This work expands our understanding of the types of life that can survive in these isolated, cryoecosystems and how different strategies may be used to exist in such challenging environments. "

Despite the very cold, dark and isolated nature of the habitat, the report finds the brine harbors a surprisingly diverse and abundant variety of bacteria that survive without a current source of energy from the sun. Previous studies of Lake Vida dating back to 1996 indicate the brine and its inhabitants have been isolated from outside influences for more than 3,000 years.

"The microbial ecosystem discovered at Lake Vida expands our knowledge of environmental limits for life and helps define new niches of habitability," said Adrian Ponce, co-author from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif., who enumerated viable bacterial spore populations extracted from Lake Vida.

To sample unique environments such as this, researchers must work under secure, sterile tents on the lake's surface. The tents kept the site and equipment clean as researchers drilled ice cores, collected samples of the salty brine residing in the lake ice and assessed the chemical qualities of the water and its potential for harboring and sustaining life.

Geochemical analyses suggest chemical reactions between the brine and the underlying iron-rich sedi­ments generate nitrous oxide and molecular hydrogen. The latter, in part, may provide the energy needed to support the brine's diverse microbial life.

Additional research is under way to analyze the abiotic, chemical interactions between the Lake Vida brine and its sediment, in addition to investigating the microbial community by using different genome sequencing approaches. The results could help explain the potential for life in other salty, cryogenic environments beyond Earth, such as purported subsurface aquifers on Mars.

The Virgin Galactic suborbital SpaceShip Two has completed a key flight test at the Mojave Air and Space Port in California- an on-the-fly appraisal that serves as an important precursor to upcoming hot-engine flights using its hybrid rocket motor.

SpaceShip Two undertook its 23rd glide flight on Dec. 19 in the pre-powered portion of its incremental test flight program. This was a significant flight as it was the first with rocket motor components installed, including tanks. After a high-altitude release from the WhiteKnightTwo mothership, SpaceShip Two was piloted to a smooth runway touchdown Wednesday (Dec. 19), scoring a successful test drop and checking·off a number of milestones.

"Today was a big step closer to first powered flight," said George Whitesides, CEO and president of Virgin Galactic, a spaceliner firm backed by British entrepreneur Richard Branson.

Starchild has some DNA in common with humans (but humans also have DNA in common with other animals) - but it's FoxP2 gene is different so that pretty much shows it's an alien ...

Russian Prime Minister Reveals Alien Contact:

On Friday, December 7th, 2012the current Russian Prime Minister and former President, Dmitry Medvedev, made some startling 'off-air' comments to reporters while his microphone was still switched on. When asked whether the president is given any secret files on extraterrestrials, while in office, Medvedev not only replied that extraterrestrials are visiting the Earth, but that some are actually living among us. He went on even further to say that the Russian documentary 'Men In Black', could give one, more details about his issue.

The report had previously been translated as a joke from the Prime Minister, as it had been presumed he was referring to the Hollywood franchise 'Men In Black', with Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

P ASADENA, Calif. - Astronomers have discovered what appears to be a large asteroid belt around the star Vega, the second brightest star in northern night skies. The scientists used data from NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope and the European Space Agency's Herschel Space Observatory, in which NASA plays an important role.

The discovery of an asteroid belt-like band of debris around Vega makes the star similar to another observed star called Fomalhaut. The data are consistent with both stars having inner, warm belts and outer, cool belts separated by a gap. This architecture is similar to the asteroid and Kuiper belts in our own solar system.

What is maintaining the gap between the warm and cool belts around Vega and Fomalhaut? The results strongly suggest the answer is multiple planets. Our solar system's asteroid belt, which lies between Mars and Jupiter, is maintained by the gravity of the terrestrial planets and the giant planets, and the outer Kuiper belt is sculpted by the giant planets.
