CSR POLICYIFEMA's COMMITMENT

To set an example and to promote commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)on which our activity has an impact.

In particular with regard to:

SDGsSUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALSOn 25 September 2015, world leaders at theUN adopted a set of 17 global goals toeradicate poverty, protect the planet andensure prosperity for all as part of a newsustainable development agenda.

Each goal has specific targets that must beachieved in the next 15 years to achieve asustainable world by 2030. To achieve thesegoals, everyone has to do their part:governments, civil society and, of course,companies.

In order to achieve sustainable development, it is essentialto harmonise three basic elements, namely economicgrowth, social inclusion and environmental protection.These elements are interrelated and are all essential for thewell-being of people and societies.

OTHER SDG ACTION LINES

IFEMA promotes awareness talks for IFEMA staff with NGOs that fightagainst world hunger.

IFEMA undertakes volunteer projects and campaigns, collaborating in thesorting, distribution and donation of food, clothing and toys to the mostdisadvantaged.

IFEMA directly and indirectly generates wealth and employment with afundamental impact on the Community of Madrid.

Several campaigns are carried out to promote workers' health: vaccination, specific preventivehealth campaigns and for people belonging to risk groups.

It has a permanent Medical Service in the facilities.

Agreements with Universities, training centres for the disabled and vocational training centres togive students work experience with IFEMA.

It promotes, through Education Week, knowledge of the various opportunities for study, both atuniversity and professional training level.

Collection and donation of food surpluses from IFEMA's own fairs belonging to theagri-food sector to different NGOs for their use.

More than 50% of the IFEMA staff are women. 50% of IFEMA management positions are women. Perform actions that promote inclusion, based on familiarity with

diversity, with projects such as Fitur LGTBI. Actions are taken to improve the accessibility of our fairs and our

communication channels.

The electricity supplied to IFEMA is from 100% renewable sources, with aguarantee of certified renewable origin.
