ENOTEK BULLETIN On 28th January 2021, there was Boots on Ground - Management audit session conducted by Mr Bahtiar and Mr Nazrul Afiq from HSSE Department at Shell NTI SLE East, under NTI Program. The audit start with PH from Enotek Engineering Sdn Bhd Mr Mohammad Ain briefed all the visitor about the site information, emergency response plan, work activities and related hazard of the day. The audit conducted at work area of execution work to monitor and evaluate the HSSE compliances as per Shell, Meinhardt and Enotek requirements. At the end of the audit, all the finding, recommendation, and challenges faced during the project execution was discussed to ensure project run smoothly without any issue or incident. Site safety supervisor initially brief the WAH application and requirements at Shell NTI Jalan Kapar

12 LSR & SCAFFOLDING ERECTION COACHINGCOACHING PROGRAMS - SHELL NTI JLN KAPAR

Reflect to WAH stand down from

CBRE, Enotek SH NTI Jalan Kapar site

team triggered to educate and coach site

worker especially to frontliner who are

eligible to do WAH that been trained on

WAH previously. It is to ensure no repeated

mistake or unsafe condition/unsafe act been

occurred at this site as per shared by CBRE.

This coaching session are more to, on how

to erect and dismantle and meaning of

scaffold tagging. Chronology and sequence

of related 12 Life Saving Rules been

elaborated and share to worker which is to

focus on wearing full body harness when working at 1.8m

height. 3 categories of fall factor and recommended

method on how to hook full body harness been share, to

ensure if worker fell, low impact and not been hit by others

object due to pendulum effect.

At the end of the sharing session, presenter from HSSE

personnel had conducted Q&A session, and re-train worker

on all 12 LSR based on execution work at site. Next, all

attendees are understood the input from the coaching

session and can relate to execution work at site.

On January 2021, Shell NTI SLE

East had conducted Blueboard

Gamification Session to site workers.

Pictorial and gamification concept been

use to increase knowledge and capability

of worker on managing hazards from

related activity, preventive barrier,

recovery barrier and consequences. It is

to ensure worker get clear picture and are

capable to relate the preventive and

recovery barrier during execution. At the

end of session, worker understand and

enjoy the way of coaching with using Blue

Board.

FORMWORK DEFINATION

Formwork is the term used for the process of creating a

temporary mold into which concrete is poured and formed.

FORMWORK SPECIFICATION

The formwork sides must be capable of resisting the hydrostatic

pressure of the wet concrete which will diminish to zero within several

hours depending on the rate of setting and curing. The formwork base

or soffit must be capable of resisting the initial dead load of the

wet concrete and the dead load of the dry set concrete.

PROGRESS INSPECTIONJOINT INSPECTION WITH SITE PIC & FRONTLINER

In January 2021, ENOTEK QAQC

Department running an awareness campaign to

front liner in order to increase the quality of

work in project . The main objective of program

is to alert the site person about important and

awareness of QAQC which is to assure

the quality of a product, and quality control, the

process of ensuring products

and services meet consumer expectations.

In this session , coaching has been conducted to Site PIC

about the QAQC checklist related to the program which is

change opinion about work progress quality and how to

inspect progress in the field.

During the field inspection, Q&A also implement to ensure

Site PIC understand the related item to check.

The aim of this coaching is to close the gap and

standardise the inspection of site progress to meet the

procedure and expectation
