Progress and Planned Activities

• Final Pavement Operations in Southeast Quadrant to start late January

• McCarthy will maintain driveways by adding crushed stone as required

• METRO/McCarthy continue to look for opportunities to compress schedule o Select construction activities will be built concurrently with major bridge activities during

the third phase of construction

• McCarthy is working extended hours to expedite completion of Phase 1

o Earthwork, Paving and Utility crews have been working 12 hour days

• McCarthy starts on drill shafts at Abutment #1 west of UPRR in mid January
