isolating technology.

$17 million saved annually by introducing a program that reduced operational downtime by as much as 14% while improving onboard diagnostics.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE – Warren, MI 2003 - 2005Assistant Product Manager, Bradley & M113 Systems | Combat SystemsManaged and executed a combined federal budget of more than $1.4 billion and led a team of 125 military, civilian and contractor personnel. Coordinated and developed program requirements and schedules with DoD and senior contractor personnel. Partnered with industry leaders to rapidly develop a newer version of Reactive Armor, delivering the program on schedule and on

budget.

Secured $65 million in funding and produced 9,000+ Armor kits after winning critical design approval passing both testing and evaluation phases of a new program.

Successfully managed the Bradley Fighting Vehicle OSD technology upgrade program through design, testing, milestone approval, funding and production.

UNITED STATES ARMY – Fort Jackson, SC 1999 - 2001Chief of G3 Plans, 24th Infantry DivisionDeveloped and implemented training and real-world contingency plans for three Enhanced Separate Heavy Brigades in an integrated heavy mechanized infantry division. Conducted daily coordination and information briefs as the lead strategic planner between a myriad of staff agencies. Planned and initiated an integrated master training plan that developed and prepared three Heavy Brigades for combat operations.
