The choice of engineered plastics and differentiated bearing materials allows for great
flexibility in the handling of highly aggressive chemicals. The use of Neodymium-Iron-
Boron magnets in the CENTRANTM TMR G2/G3 series permits the pumping of high
temperature liquids and gives a longer service life under harsh conditions.
The sealless design means greater environmental safety and no system downtimes,
common to pumps with mechanical seals. In addition, the TMR G2/G3 series has a
patented self-aligning mechanism to prevent any damage caused by dry-running or
incipient cavitation.
The Lutz-JESCO CENTRANTM series of magnetic drive centrifugal pumps is used in
many different industry sectors, with flow rates ranging from 4 gpm up to 210 gpm.

Exploded view Operating PrincipleThe magnetic coupling consists oftwo magnetic rotors, separatedfrom each other by a closed rearcasing. The drive magnetpositioned on the motor shafttransfers the torque of the motorvia a rotating magnetic field to theinner rotor enclosed in the rearcasing. Depending on the pumpdesign, the driven rotor is directlyor indirectly connected with theimpeller. Thus, the impeller isdriven without the need of a shaftseal. A static seal between thepump housing and the rear casingprevents the occurance of anyleakage.

Similarities to our existing range of pumps include their
simplicity, versatility, and both ease of handling and

Lutz-JESCO AIRTRANTM pumps are available in many

Totally universalLutz-JESCO controllers can be used in a variety of applications as
they have been designed as universal controllers.
Automatic measuring and control systems ensure the right water
quality in modern water treatment. All required functional elements
can be mounted on the sampling stations ready for connection.
Due to the great variety of our products we are able to supply the
appropriate sampling station for each application.
All at a glanceThe future depends on communication: The TOPAX� computer
software TopView allows to control net-worked TOPAX� systems via a
PC – and thus the remote monitoring and setting of the controllers.
Furthermore, central recording of the measured values is possible.
The configuration of TopView meets all of our customer’s needs, as
the program is available for several different performance levels.

TOPAX� NTThe bus-capable TOPAX� controllers can be adapted to meet specific requirements by activating various additional features. It can even be upgraded to
an integrated gas warning device. The TOPAX� NT can be connected to the PC-supported process control system – TopView – for up to 15 controllers of
the TOPAX� family. TOPAX� industrial controllers can be fitted to control the free chlorine concentration, pH value, and ORP. During automaticoperation, the most important reference variables can be displayed by simply pressing a key. Multi-channel microprocessor controllers feature thefollowing options:

Tank Mounted SystemsTank Mounted Systems give the customerchemical storage, metering, and mixing inone convenient package. Their portable design makes them not only ideal fortemporary installations, but allows also for easy relocation as applicationneeds may change. Wall Mounted SystemsSimilar to Skid Mounted Systems, Wall Mounted Systems can accommodatelarger pumps, making them ideal for larger flow applications. In addition,they also allow for smaller flow in a very space efficient design. Their smallfootprint makes them ideal for limited space as they are mounted directlyabove the chemical storage tanks.
