Category, Item Types
• Item categories– You can categorize your Jewellery Shop Item’s into various categories such as RINGS,

and Silver Ornaments - SOR .

Sales Invoice, Orders, Estimates.
• Sales invoice– You can generate Sales Invoice when the customers purchase Gold / Silver / Diamond /
Stones from your Jewellery Show Room.
• Order / Advance– You can easily manage the customers orders or advances which they make when the
reserve a product or make advance payment for the jewellery items.
• Estimation– You can give estimates to the customers, when the request for one. You will not be able
to track any estimate transactions.
Purchase invoice, Orders
• Purchase invoice– You can manage the purchases from your Registered Vendors.
• Purchase Order– You can place order for new items and track them from your vendors.
Note:You can generate reports on Purchase invoices / purchase orders on any date or over a date
range.
Customers, Customer Schemes
• Customer– You can manage customer details such as their Name, Contact details, Adressess,
Nominee, Take their photo.
• Customer loyalty schemes– You can assign reward points to customers as and when they purchase from your store.
And once the minimum required points are achieved, they can redeem them for any of their purchases.
• Customer Schemes– Customer can join schemes such as Gold Weight based / Amount based schemes and pay
the amount in installments. Once the scheme is closed they can buy the jewellery items for the amount / weight accumulates.
Gold Smith, RD & URD Vendors
• URD vendors:– You can purchase items from the customers, which will be considered as URD purchases
and it can be tracked and receipt can be given to the customers.
• RD account,– You can also track the purchases from your Registered Dealers. Tack the purchase and
orders as well.
• Gold Smith– You can manage your Gold Smith’s contact details, the transactions that you do with
them. The Gold which is given to them for making Jewellery Items and track all the transactions.
Reports
• Sales reports: monthly & yearly. • Purchase reports.• VAT Reports : A required documents displaying tax invoices and payments
on its base documents in terms of VAT. • Period of the report and the content details can be modified.• Can be exported reports in excel. • Category Wise Sales Reports.• Item Stock Reports. • Sales & Purchase Graphs reports.
