J.H. Rose Logistics began operations

in 1936 hauling oil field equipment throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Over

the years, there have been several changes in ownership, but the trusted

name and the “Yellow Rose of Texas” logo have endured. In 1998, J.H. Rose Logistics, LLC was founded, and has

evolved into a third party logistics company providing transportation,

warehousing, and distribution services. While time passes and technology

changes, our commitment to quality and integrity remain the same.

Today, we have offices across the United States, offer through service to Canada and Mexico, and own a 70,000

sq ft warehouse in New Mexico. Our experienced staff, financial strength,

and leading edge technology have us positioned to expand and respond to

your ever changing needs.

J.H. Rose Logistics provides capacity for

door-to-door service to points in Mexico and Canada. We have aligned ourselves with interline carriers, riggers, custom

brokers and freight forwarders on both borders to provide expertise every step

of the way.

We manage van, flatbed, refrigerated, over dimensional and specialty

shipments. We partner with thousands of transportation providers including C-TPAT certified carriers. Our bilingual

associates provide personal customer support and service through our

established relationships with Class 1 railroads and our partnerships with maritime providers for 20’ and 40’

containers.

Santa Teresa, New Mexico, the location

of J.H. Rose’s 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse, has an overweight cargo zone with a 12 mile radius around its port of entry

to allow trucks with a permit entering New Mexico from Mexico to carry up to

96,000 lbs. of cargo.

Truckload freight is the backbone of

J.H. Rose Logistics. Whether your requirements are van, flatbed, or

specialty, we are continually expanding our services to better serve your needs.

From temperature controlled services for both perishable and nonperishable goods

to LTL consolidations and milk runs, our team has extensive experience in moving specialized freight. We coordinate the

most basic to the most sophisticated and challenging shipments including heavy

haul, over dimensional, high value, intermodal, and international loads.

Through strategic alliances, we have the ability to provide team, expedited, and drop trailer solutions. Plant moves and

project work including crane and rigging, transportation and job site deliveries can

also be coordinated for our customers. In addition, J.H. Rose Logistics is an approved logistics provider for the U.S.

Department of Defense.

All of our contracted carriers meet stringent safety, insurance, equipment and performance requirements. J.H. Rose

Logistics also protects your interests with additional insurance coverage including

errors & omissions, contingent auto liability, and contingent cargo liability as well as by maintaining a $100,000

surety bond and an “A” credit rating. Excess coverage for high value freight

TRUCKLOAD EXPERTS INTERMODAL SOLUTIONS

J.H. Rose Logistics provides a value-added intermodal program that covers

most of the Americas with a seamless door-to-door product for both dry and

refrigerated goods. With predictable year round capacity, we have established long term relationships with Class 1 railroads

(UP, NS, CSX, FEC, BNSF). Along with personal customer support, our bilingual

associates can also provide additional capacity through our partnerships with maritime providers consisting of 20’ and

40’ containers.

J.H. Rose also operates two rail transload facilities: one in El Paso TX serviced by

BNSF and one in Santa Teresa NM serviced by UP. Our facilities offer over 2,000 feet of track available for rail

loading and unloading. We handle a broad range of commodities and have the

capability to load and unload gondolas, coil cars, hoppers and tanks. In addition, we provide transportation to and from our

facility and local drayage.

WAREHOUSE FACILITIES

Located in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, our 70,000 square foot warehouse and

distribution center is strategically situated in the Borderplex region of Southern New

Mexico, West Texas and Juarez, Mexico. The warehouse is a tilt-up concrete

building with a 24’ clear ceiling height, 8 dock doors and 2 ramps. Fire

protection is provided via an ESFR sprinkler system, and both fire and security are centrally monitored. Our

Warehouse Management System allows us to manage VMI, contract warehousing,

dry storage, racked storage, bulk storage, cross dock, transloads, and local drayage.

J.H. Rose Logistics offers consolidation services and warehouses a diverse range

of nonperishable products including automotive, steel, consumer goods,

machinery, lumber and building products. We protect your interests through our general liability, warehouse legal liability,

and workers compensation insurances.
