Teachers will be given the opportunity to

choose their initial training session and small

learning community.

E4 Training After this introductory training on the capabilities

of the E4 system, the teachers will be trained on

the separate entities of the system in different

sessions.

The teachers will be required to complete an

evaluation of the sessions online in My Learning

Plan (MLP) prior to receiving their professional

development credit hours.

The TIS will coach the teachers using a gradual

release model. After the first two 5 week cycles,

the TIS will be able to evaluate the teachers

learning and provide further feedback to enhance

learning.
