JL&C designer team is directed by our company founder MING HE CHEN. He and other
reputed domestic & international furniture designers work together and devote themselves to
transfuse inspiration and creation into modern life. They are keen on international furniture styles,
and perspicacious in future trend forecast. Lively ideas are breathed into dynamic designs. They
are riding the tide of furniture designing by fashionable neoclassical styles. Every design is
rigorously evaluated before production. Each model is made by the most excellent craftsman in
our research departmen.
"Pursui t of Perfect ion" is the qual i ty concept of JL&C
Furniture. Aiming at the perfect realization of our designs, we persist
in experiment and innovation of extensive furniture-making crafts and
materials over the past 19 years. Each design is rigorously evaluated
before production. To create perfect final effects, each model is made by
the most excellent craftsman in our research department, and adjusted by the
design team.
In production, we apply the highest standard quality control systems. All the
raw materials and semi-finished products are under 100% overcritical inspection. This
is a time-consuming and exhaustive work. No defects will be negelected and pass quality
inspection. The production takesmore than 100 steps from material sourcing to the packing.
Standardized production and inspection is executed in every procedure. Solid wood, fiber
board, metals, glass and stones are creatively made use of. High-end PU, PE, NC paint, piano
paint, gloss paint, gold & silver foil painting are generously used for the finish. Combinations of
leather, fabric, and machine sewing are also flexibly adopted.
