Prices in the website are denoted in US Dollars. We accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Delinquent payments may incur additional fees.

Purchase Orders:Purchase orders will be accepted from public and government agencies ONLY. Payment is due within 30 days from receipt of goods. Delinquent payments may incur additional fees, including collections fees. We reserve the right to terminate Net 30 Days agreements in writing at any time.

Shipping:You can expect to see your merchandise within 5-9 business days from the time we receive your order. Orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground or US Postal Offi ce, where service is available, unless otherwise specifi ed by the customer.

Expedited and International OrdersExpedited shipping is available at an additional cost and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please inquire by writing to [email protected]. International customers are responsible for all customs/duty fees. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We are unable to ship directly to AP/APO (military overseas). Customers are responsible for all related shipping charges for packages returned to us as undeliverable.

Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please give us a call within 30 days to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number on any return packages will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Except for defective products, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. For damaged or missing merchandise, please see damaged or missing merchandise terms and conditions. In order to receive your refund, please retain all original packaging. Returns must be repackaged in the item’s individual packaging, as well as an outer shipping box. Please check your order as soon as it arrives as we cannot accept returns after 30 days

Damaged/Missing Merchandise:We inspect all merchandise before we ship it to you. If for any reason items are missing or damaged during transit, please call us within 10 days. We will be happy to replace it for you right away if the item is in stock. When you return the damaged item to us, you must retain the outer shipping box as evidence of damage in transit. Please check your order as soon as it arrives as we cannot accept re-turns after 30 days.

Additionally, we specifi cally test our paints and coatings very frequently, to be sure our educational materials meet or exceed govern-ment recommendations limiting heavy metals and lead in children’s items. We have cabinets full of thousands of passing test reports, and these passing results have been verifi ed by 3rd party independently accredited testing laboratories, considered by many to be the best scientifi c laboratories in the world.

CPSIA COMPLIANCE STATEMENT:Thanks for your inquiry about our products in regard to compliance with the new CPSIA regulations. In August 2008, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) made a number of changes to consumer product safety laws in the USA. Under the new law, effective February 10, 2009 the lead limit for any children’s product is 600 parts per million (ppm) total lead content by weight for any part of the product. The lead limit will be lowered again to 300 ppm total lead content by weight effective August 2009.

We are pleased to tell you that YES, JMP Learning products are compliant with the new CPSIA regulations. From day one, we have had a comprehensive testing program in place for all of the products we sell. Our testing programs have always been in compliance with all US consumer product safety regulations, and we will continue to stay compliant even as some of these laws evolve and change. As a result, you can continue enjoying our products with confi dence knowing our products comply with the new total lead standards imposed under the CPSIA that became effective February 10, 2009.
