PRESIDENT’SREPORT

It is with great pride that I present JN Design Studio’s 2012 annual report. I am pleased to report that the company had another strong year in 2012. As a successful enterprise, JN Design Studio has exhibited immense strength in our march forward. Prudence and foresight continue to be our mantra, while our business insight and flexibility has encouraged persistence and made us a force to be reckoned with.

We’re already a mark of excellence, but we’re eager for more.

I am amazed—but not surprised—by the outstanding accomplishments of JN Design Studio community. Thank you for all you have done to help the company achieve such exciting momentum. There’s no holding

us back - we’re bound for something greater. The breakthrough year is an endorsement for all who have demonstrated their steadfastness and valuable contribution.

I want you to know that we are all committed to excellence, creating insanely great designs and entertainment. It leaves me now to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Board of Directors, for their insightful advice and unrelenting dedication to the company’s success. I also thank our business associates, partners and clients for their steadfast support in the work that we do. To our staff, I applaud their commitment, time and loyalty invested to deliver, year after year, what we promise to our stakeholders. Finally and certainly not least of all, I would like to thank you, our shareholders, for your steadfast belief in JN Design Studio and your continued trust in the company.

JN Studio closed a total of 12 projects for 2012 or an average of one project per month. Two of these included exclusive design contracts with Egerton Company for 3 years and 5 years for Jollibee Food Chains for their visual promotions, respectively.

The other 10 were one-time design projects with the following breakdown:

PROJECTPLANS

The anticipated significant increase in the volume of design works for 2013 triggered a planned expansion of the design area by leasing the entire 10th floor of

the Bruce Wayne Towers, increase in the number of state-of-the art computers from 50 to 70 together with computer accessories, other hardware and the updating of three software (Maya, Photoshop and Flash). A new system of scheduling projects and assignments to designers will be developed to ensure that contracts are satisfied on time and that designers are optimally assigned to projects according to their respective expertise.
