    Job Description

    This position is responsible and accountable for THE COMPANY

    Saudi Arabia

    Logistics - Business Unit. The role manages the revenue performanceto

    achieve companys short and long term targeted revenue and

    profitability

    through effective planning, organizing, and leadership.

    To achieve targeted revenue and profitability, the incumbent needs to

    consistently keep track with environmental changes and closely

    collaborate with other functional groups within the Country to effectively

    direct, motivate and lead the teams to deliver the required services tothe customers and hence grow our business profitably., Sk

    Strategic Management and Leadership

    To participate and contribute to the Countrys Strategic Planning

    Process with close

    collaboration with other functional groups within the THE COMPANY

    Saudi Arabia.

    To formulate and implement short & long term strategies by Industry

    Segment withregards to product development, pricing, and competition, so as to

    develop and

    penetrate each of the segments through acquisition of business from

    targeted

    potential prospects as well as business expansion with existing

    customers.

    To work closely with other functional groups in the Country

    Management and

    Network to ensure our sales plans are effectively supported.

    Develop and Implement Logistics strategy for The Kingdom of Saudi

    Arabia ensuring

    profitability logistics revenue is generated.

    To consistently keep track with changes and trends of the environment

    (consisting

    of economic, market, customer and competition analyses) through

    proper market

    intelligence system and regular environmental scan/tracking exercises

    so as to

    ensure continued profitable business growth for the company;

    To work very closely with respective regional and network sales

    management

    groups in order to assist in cultivating and penetrating existing and

    potential

    customers;

    To ensure regular and effective communication with senior

    management of key

    customers through regular visits and performance reviews with them.

    Where

    necessary, to take corrective actions to ensure that THE COMPANY

    Saudi Arabia

    provides the best Logistic Services to these customers.

    To manage, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the staff in the

    Individuals /

    Group in order to gain their commitment and focus their efforts on

    achieving targets

    and companys objectives.

    To consistently recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop the Team

    ensuring

    professionalism, job satisfaction, rewarding career, and customer

    satisfaction.

    To ensure that periodic maintenance and appearance inspections are

    carried

    out as required and in accordance with the the company Policy standard

    and

    contractual requirements.

    Sales Management, Training, and Sales Processes.

    To analyse, plan and implement resources requirements necessary to

    achieve targeted revenues & profitability by working closely with the

    Area

    and Country Management teams. This would include marketing and

    promotional programs, customized pricing and billing, special handling

    requirements.

    To constantly look for ways and means to enhance the effectiveness

    and

    efficiency of our Selling, Business Solution and Account Management

    processes in order to continually improve sales productivity and market

    competitiveness.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially with top

    level management

    Skills

    Be familiar with solution selling as opposed to price and product

    selling.

    Produce clear short and long-term strategic plans that are achievable.

    Priorities effectively, keep track of progress and ensure thorough

    follow-up and be systematic in approach.Communicate clearly and confidently on a one-to-one or group basis

    and comfortable to deal with top management.

    Adapt selling approach to suit a wide range of people and situations,

    gain internal and external commitment to plans and is influential in

    meetings and negotiations.

    Understand and define customers needs, to increase revenue and

    improve profitability.

    Keep knowledge of products and services up to date and understand

    the business as a whole.

    Analyze sales figures and draw accurate conclusions from trends in

    the data. Generate solutions and make rational decisions.

    Pursue objectives energetically and show a high level of commitment

    and drive. Is driven by achievement of targets.

    Maintain performance under pressure and react positively to changing

    demands and situations.

    Coach, train and counsel staff in order to motivate them to achieve

    University Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

    experience in service logistics, selling to large multinational accounts

    that require

    consultative and solution selling.

    A in-depth knowledge of marketing service logistics & the

    competitive environment

    Proven track record in managing Sales Groups for a sizeable

    organizations.

    Knowledge of Sales Management, Supply Chain Management,

    Express Logistics Management.

    Analytical ability to apply broad concepts to resolve customer

    problems.

    .

    Computer literacy in Microsoft and other relevant applications.

    Good interpersonal skill with external customers and internal

    colleagues

    High level of commitment and drive and achievement oriented
